+ -1 moreIt was a horrible, frustrating, and disappointing overall experience. We felt like we were in good hands. After that we felt like second class citizens who's business was unimportant. We for the life of us could not get them to produce the drafting product we paid for, and were told we would get. Our drafting plans came back all wrong, and would have cost us what seemed like a small fortune to fix the mistakes they made (not us). The whole process was taking months and months longer than promised. Eventually our money source backed out because the process and service was proving too long and sub-par. We lost a year of our life to this company with nothing to show for it but less money in our account, and would not recommend them to our worst enemy!
Description of Work: That is until we signed on with them to build a home.
