AC Tile

Having used Adam 5 years ago for another project, I contacted him for a bid on our home remodel project (new construction/addition). Adam was available for an onsite meeting within a few days, letting me know that my urgency on meeting, was his. He came by at my convenience and we discussed the project, he gave many ideas, shared many photos and discussed several possibilities, but in a manner that wasn't overwhelming or confusing. His bidding was clear, the way that he charges per square foot or linear foot, depending on the material and the type. Fitting wonderfully into our construction schedule, Adam worked with us on re-using another large granite table for our granite work, he met with us at Dal Tile and passed on his discount to us. He did all the pick up and delivery of the tile, only when he was ready so not to be in our way. Adam asked for 50% down and 50% upon completion. He processed payment by credit card on-site. Adam set up, was very professional about respecting our construction site and home. Daily he worked with us and kept us informed, and gave us some options along the way, instead of 'just assuming"! Daily he cleaned up and communicated his progress and when we can expect him back. He worked nicely with our other contractors, as well as recommending a wonderful finished carpenter.
