Email sent through Angie's List after purchase of the service had my requested service dates. Company didn't reply. Multiple telephone calls later, voice mails, and one "we'll call you back" and there is still no service date scheduled. On one call, the guy on the other end didn't know anything about the Angie's List offer. I contacted Angie's List to request a 100% refund since this company is unresponsive.

Super great. Called and, because he was free, he was here in 20 minutes. Immediately went to work, had the part, gave me a little history about the heater type (ha!), and was on his way. Friendly, professional.

They were the original ones that put in the heat pump many many years ago. The owner is very responsive and he is very reasonable. I am pleased with their service. They are very responsive. They were pretty straight forward. I called them and they were there that day and got it fixed. I don't know about their price because I didn't get another price.

I heard a lot of noise coming from my heat pump which concerned me. Marc (the owner) came to my house and did a diagnostic on my heat pump. I was concerned that it was going to cost me $1000.00 dollars or so for repairs, but to my relief Marc found no problems. He explained to me that when a heat pump goes into 'defrost' mode it will make a lot of noise. Heat pump is working fine and I only had to pay $45.00 for the Diagnostic. Marc put my mind at ease and i know some contractors are apt to make up a problem so they can pad the bill. Not Marc. He's an honest contractor. I would recommend him to anyone.

Both heat pumps are still working like a charm. Marc just came and completed a yearly maintenance, and I would high recommend him to anyone who needs this work done. He is responsible and dependable and does good work.
