After a painter sanded lead paint in our home, we had testing done and determined that remediation was necessary. Although the situation was incredibly stressful and unpleasant, working with Mike and the rest of the crew from Pacific Environmental helped make things more tolerable. They were very understanding, pleasant, efficient and thorough. It really gave us peace of mind knowing they were meticulously cleaning the house and our possessions. Mike was very patient and answered our many questions. We were extremely concerned about the safety of our two and a half year old son and our unborn child, and he and his crew let us know our concerns were valid and helped us to understand their process. In addition to performing the remediation, Pacific Environmental contracted another company to do follow up tests to make sure the lead levels were down. We were then provided with a report.
