MIRACULOUS. Great family company. Knowledgeable. 5 star work ethic. No other pump company would show up this company did and completed the job in one day and followed up. First time our well/pump worked in a decade. Will be forever grateful to the Ervin Family Pump Service. We have water and no longer have to pay very expensive rates to haul water bi monthly to our home. EFPS word is gold. Rare in this day and age. The job to be done was difficult due to past companies incompetence and EFPS took on the challenge with 100% results. We are sharing the company’s info with our Farmer/Neighbors/Community. called and was told it would be 2hrs till they could come, was fine with that for a short notice. after 2 hrs passed they had not arrived ,so i called and they told me it would be another 45 min. was a little upset but things happen and you get calls. After they arrived we discussed my issue and he looked at the pump and other equipment that goes with it. After about 20 min he made a determination that the pressure tank was bad and would have to be replaced. i told him that i could do the work to save myself some money and asked if he could send a few pics of the new pieces that i would need for the repair. I paid for the diag. and he said he would send me some pics. An hour later he did as he said, and sent me pics of what was needed, . The next day i went and bought the parts and spent all day installing them and even called for a couple of questions and he had no issues with answering them for me. So after a long day of installing i now have good water pressure and everyone at my house is happy. So in closing , being a business owner myself i believe in giving the reviews with other businesses i do business with. Beside the being on time I will give a " A " rating for knowledge and help. I will do business with them in the future and would RECOMMEND them to my friends and business contacts. GOOD JOB AND THANK YOU.
