+ -1 moreRobert Dehart was very professional. Robert has a great crew who completed a complete deck repair within a reasonable time. I was able to request some modifications to the repairs as the job was being being completed. I have hired multiple other construction companies over the past two years and I would gladly say that Dehart Family Construction was the very best. I am planing on more home repairs and have already began to get bids from Robert to get this work done. If you want work done right and by the professionals, schedule your projects through Dehart Family Construction.

Robert and his crew were great. They always were timely and worked efficiently and quickly. Changes were made to the original proposal and Robert was good about making adjustments. We felt the charges were appropriate. We are definitely pleased with the result and we would highly recommend DeHart Construction.3,

Description of Work: Robert De Hart came out in a timely manner and gave us a bid of one man-day to do three small handyman jobs. When I learned that they had sent out two men, I called and tried to talk to the owner to find out if the bid was still good. He said that two men were needed for one part of one of the jobs. I asked him if he was going to charge us double, and he explained (again) that two men were needed for part of one of the jobs, and that he didn't charge us to go get parts. I kept trying to get an answer and he kept talking over me. Very frustrating, so I pulled them off the job. When I got home, the work was nice, but they left in the middle of one of the jobs, and didn't even get to one of them after four hours of two men (one man-day). The one job that they did was just fine. I called and tried to pay my bill twice, and talked to Robert the second time (1st time they didn't return my call). He kept interrupting me again, and said he was just going to write it off since the customer is always right. I told him I wanted to pay my bill, and we said that to each other a few times. I finally hung up since I couldn't get a word in and mailed them a check for the price he quoted me. Very frustrating and the work isn't finished. Will never recommend them to anyone.
