We had moved into our home 4 months prior to this and our 2 little boys had managed to make quite a few stains on the carpet. The carpet was spotless when VS was done. He was prompt and very professional. Will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

+ -1 moreGreat service. Easy to reach by phone, arrived right on time, completed job earlier than expected, left house looking great, and did wonderful work. The $400 seemed a little high but I shopped around and it was a competitive price. That combined with excellent service would lead me to use them again. Very happy with the work.

+ -1 moreNick keeps track of the timing and scheduling. He cleans the carpets well and doesn't charge extra if they are extra dirty. He finds and focuses on persistent stains the owner may not have noticed. He moves the furniture and replaces it on small blocks. He doesn't move furniture such as couches, but I believe that, if necessary, that could be arranged. The carpets dry relatively quickly (certainly within a day) and the cleaning solution is not harmful to animals that walk on the carpet. Nick is quick, efficient, and friendly. His monthly payment–2x/year cleaning is an excellent deal.
Description of Work: Nick always does an excellent job. He offers a program in which you pay about $13/month and he comes every 6 months to clean 3 rooms and a hall. The carpets are clean—despite my having numerous animals. He's also very personable and pleasant to have around.

Description of Work: Carpet shampooing when we moved in to new home, about 1500 sq feet of carpet (without furniture in the way). Nick was very professional, efficient, detail oriented and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! Carpets were very dirty and now look great.
