They did a very nice job. It was difficult to find them open. They were very professional.

The was very nice. However, he did not finish the job because he was missing a part that needed to order. This was ~dec 10/13. He said he will come back in a couple of weeks. Around January 15 I called again and he did not remember. I gave him the receipt number and he agreed to get back to me the following day. Today is February 2 and I am still waiting for him to call back.

They got it done in 2 hours.

My elderly parents, ages 81 and 89 and very feeble, showed up to his place of business at the appointed time (his request) of 9:30. There was a note that said he would return at 9:45. He didn't. At 10:00 my mom asked me to call him, so I did and explained they were waiting for him at his shop as planned. He informed me he didn't have time to go there (was he just not going to show up and leave them waiting? Apparently!) but would meet them at noon. A three hour excursion is pushing it for them but they agreed to go have breakfast and come back. "Floyd" then called me back a half an hour later and said they should come right away and he could fix their lock. Of course at this point they had just been served their food, but they could rush and be there in 30 minutes. He said that "should" work. When I asked if he meant that he "would" be there he said he was a busy man and he may have to leave to go to another job regardless of making this appointment with them. When I asked if he could actually keep this appointment with them ( isn't that why we make appointments?) he blew his top and said they were just a small job and didn't want there business and not worth bothering with and hung up on me. So that was that.... I was calm the whole time when I was talking to him, but firm in needing to know if he would actually plan to be there.....they couldn't handle being pushed around too much at there age and health. I believe he knows he can make more money on mobile jobs, probably billed to AAA or other insurances, therefore had little interest in keeping an appointment for what he said would take 20 to 30 minutes. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional..... His "fakey" greeting when you call says it all....

Key duplication was super speedy, as in, I barely had time to get the cash out of my wallet before he was done. Key worked great once I got home. Shop has lots of key items and accessories. Would use them again. Parking is a little weird. Owner said you can pull through and park in the back, or you can park in the Miller Paint lot next door in the closest space.

The job went well. The guy was very friendly and efficient. I think he did an excellent job. I have used him before when I locked my keys in the car. He is probably one of the best in the area so he pretty busy.
