Like the other reviewer says, their plants are great, but we seemed to keep falling through the cracks. I think maybe they are doing a lot of commercial work or something, because we'd talk about something, then a few weeks would go by, and I'd call back. When they came, they did a great job, but we could only get them out a few times, and I think they would only come when they didn't have a bigger job, so we never knew when they were coming.

Since the house they did it for is a rental, I'm assuming all is well since my tennant has not complained (my tennant does communicate when things go wrong, so this is a very good sign that all is well). In scheduling, the folks at Shonnards were prompt, and responsive. I very much appreciated their responsiveness as an out-of-town landlord. I should note that the cost mentioned above is a very coarse ballpark approximation as I do not have the receipt on hand now. Definitely greater than $40, and also definitely less than $100.

Shonnard's is wonderful! We purchased our home in early 2012 - the entire yard is landscaped and there is no grass. We tried to keep up and maintain it but just weren't able to make it look wonderful. We hired Shonnard's to do an initial cleanup - they did a wonderful job! They have also scheduled us for ongoing, regular maintenance of the yard and the pond. We have been very happy with their services! Additionally, we have purchased several items from their retail store, and everyone there is knowledgeable and very helpful!!

They showed up when they said they would. They had a several man crew and worked diligently. The work spanned approximately one week since it was a fairly large project. When done, the crew cleaned up before leaving. Overall, Shonnards did a beautiful job. The landscaping is a significant addition to the house that dramatically improves the curb appeal.

They are excellent. They are very neat and reliable.

I have found them to be very reliable and their prices to be competitive. They clean up really well after they do their work. They are not cheapest company in town, though.

Shonnards has beautiful plants and I will continue to buy plants from them However, my experience with their landscape design business was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment with one of their designers and had to reschedule when he didn't show up. When he did show up, he walked around the yard with us, but didn't take any notes. He said he would email us his ideas and the cost estimate in a couple of days. Two weeks later, I called to see if they had forgotten about us. I was told the designer would be contacting me shortly. A few days later, he called to apologize for being late with the design and estimate and said I should receive it by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago. I didn't get estimates from any other landscaping company because I really wanted to give Shonnards my business. Now, the weeds have had another month to grow and I still don't have a plan. I have given up on Shonnards and am seeking other landscaping companies in the area. Too bad, because I really do like their plants.

They are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive. I will continue to go there in the future and would recommend them to others.
