I called to see if they rented trailers to move hot tubs, the guy that answered the phone was rude, acted like I was stupid for not knowing that they didn't rent their trailer out. So the I asked how much it would be to have them move a trailer from Silverton to Corvallis, and he went on some big long spiel about how it would cost to much; funny that he is telling me that it would cost to much when he doesn't even know how much I am willing spend, he never gave me a price! I would never use them, the guy was just so rude and talked down to me on the phone, I don't appreciate that and I'll take my business elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience with Schaefer's! They were prompt in giving us a bid and then scheduling our hot tub service. They did an excellent job with our hot tub and we will definitely use them in future!
