RG Smith Electric did a great job completing a list of electrical projects, including rewiring half my garage, installing a motion detector and new bedroom fixture, and replacing some broken track lighting. They were reliable and their charges were fair. In order to save me money, the electrician gave me the option of picking the parts needed up myself, which I elected to do. While in the store trying to pick out the new track lighting, I got confused about which parts I needed, since the broken lights were quite old and did not correspond to anything in the store. I called RG, they put me in touch with the electrician (who was out on a job) by phone within minutes, and he spoke with the store lighting employee. With this wonderful service, I was able to get the right parts the first time, thus saving money and additional shopping trips.

Went well. They scheduled us in with a relatively short lead time. Showed up when they said they would. Did a nice job on the install and the final wiring. The overall project was fairly minor so I did not bother to have it quoted. The final bill seemed quite high for what was done---particularly the labor charge. R G Smith Electric does nice work but I would suggest having them quote first before beginning a job.

Ran the ac wiring for, and hooked up a new mini split heat pump. Worked efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company.

The quality of their work was very good. We were happy with the finished product. I rate them high overall.

There was confusion in the appointment time ....I was taking off work waiting for them and they thought they could just call any time and I'd come meet them. But once he got there, he was excellent! There was no mess left when I checked back in and he was quick!

Excellent work, prompt, responsive, and very helpful with suggestions on how to deal with a complaint to the appliance store that installed the refrigerator.
