PRECISION HOMECARE

Prior to the roof cleaning, the roof was in excellent condition. After the work was done, the roof leaked severely. It was not a localized leak. The entire roof was involved. Precision Homecare workers came out and were unable to determine the cause. To date, the owners refuse to admit that their work is the cause of the problem. It is quite likely I will have to enter into litigation with them.

The job was supposed to be done on a Friday but nobody showed up. They finally came mid-day on Saturday but left early. They returned Sunday to finish and cleanup. That evening, after they left, it rained. I discovered that my roof was leaking in numerous places. Note that the roof was perfectly sound before the "cleaning." The two young guys who did the cleaning came back, but they were clueless as to what was wrong. Upon calling the owner, I was told, essentially, that this was my problem. (The owner called back the next day to apologize, but by that time I had called a professional roofer.) The roofing worker made a preliminary examination of the roof and determined that something is very wrong, due to the many (note: dozens) of leaks. He tarped the roof until a more thorough examination can be done by the owner after the holidays (today is Christmas Eve). If you value your roof, avoid this company.

Horribly. First the contractor was never on time for the estimate or the job. They started the job and due to rain could not complete it, which was understandable. However, the contractor said they would return the following day, and did not, and never called to say when they would return (it has been sunny and dry). When I called they always said we'll be right over ..., but never came. Approximately 1/3 or less of the work was done, however they requested 2/3rd of the payment, which I should have not paid, but I went on his word, BIG mistake. They didn't clean up, left loads of wet pine needles on the deck. In addition to this we have discovered holes in our roof that were not there prior to the work. We contacted them following the discovery of the holes, which they are denying they did, but said they would come by to repair, however they have not. We will pursue legal action most likely and will call the Better Business etc. I would suggest that you Do NOT hire them!
