Tried to send email request but the service did not connect.Called and was immediately connected and arrangements for Mr.Mays to come out for estimate the following week.He arrived per arranged time and once we ok'd he cost he went straight to work. We feel the outcome was very good.I was especially adament that one window needed to receive special attention and he did the best he could under the circumstances of its condition. It is very possible we would use this service again when needed.

He is not dependable, and he does not do what he says he will do. He did not keep his commitment. He didn't finish the job. The first day he was here, he asked us for an advancement on the job. "He needed gas money." I didn't feel this was right. Yesterday he said he forgot a ladder, and he left for two hours. Today he just left. I called him twice, and he hung up once he heard my voice. My husband called his work and said he was not going to come back. He did not give us a reason or return the advance.

We have lived in our home containing 28 windows and seven skylights for eight years. We called Karon and gave him an overview of our window cleaning needs. He was at our home within two hours to give us an estimate. We hired him on the spot. He went to work right away, working all afternoon and returned the next morning, finishing up by 4:30 p.m. Karon's attention to detail and pride in his work is outstanding. As I have always lived in a one-story home, the window cleaning task was performed by me. I told Karon I always felt I did an excellent job with my own cleaning, but my windows didn't come close to the sparkle and shine emitting from our windows from the job he had done. Even more challenging were our skylights. They had not cleaned in at least 8 years, perhaps longer. Two of the seven are extremely high, one in a vaulted ceiling. Karon cleaned them inside and out. We could see the sky again. Karon was very personable, friendly and above all trustworthy. Our windows and skylights are gleaming. When winter hits the Pacific Northwest and sunny days are few and far between, looking outside our crystal clear windows will be a blessing. We cannot say enough about the excellence of his work. Needless to say, all of our future window cleaning tasks will be performed by Karon.

We actually scheduled the appointment for the next day. He cameby the next day and gave me an estimate (which was extremely reasonable) and once I accepted he began work immediately. Koron is extremely professional. He really cares about his work. He makes sure his customers are completly satisified with the results. I would never have imagined that my windows could be so clean and sparkling that I would have to touch the glass just to mke sure there was something there. I truly appreciate Koron"s professionalism, dedication to the job and commitment to making sure his clients are satisfied with his work. I will definitely have Koron back.

Koron's prices are extremely reasonable. I authorized the work and he started immediately. I don't know what his magic cleaning solution is but my windows are so clean and sparkling that you have to touch the glass to make sure that there is something there. For a nominal fee he also cleaned the window screens. Koron is definitely a professional. He does not rush through the work to be done. He takes pride in making sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction before he leaves the job.
