Always our first choice. They are just great.

We've always used them, we've been very happy with them. They're the plumber we always use. I suppose if something horribly went wrong and we couldn't get them we'll try somebody else. They're definitely our first choice. There was just one person to complete the job. The worker was very good. Everything was great.

VERY well. All the details are mentioned up above. We were happy to find them as so many plumbers were to busy and the whole remodel hinged on getting the sink unhooked and removed. By them coming we could continue as scheduled.

They are expensive but straight As. It took less then an hour to fix. He is our go to plumber.

The reason why I went with them was because they caught something about the construction that the plumber that I have used before did not. Their estimator who came and did the estimation was very good. He saved me some money by noting that it was possible that I already had part of the job done from the PVC installed from the curb to the house. I was able to save about $1,700 where the other company was going to come in and install that. Well, it might be that when they come in and start to install it, they would notice it and halt it but maybe not and that was why I did not go with them. Judson's Inc. was not the cheapest but they did very good work. The inspector noted that they were an excellent plumbing company. The plumber who came out was also very personable.

They did a nice job. When I did a comparison of the cost they were average, which was fine. I would considering using them again in the future.

Overall, the job went fine. The scheduler was very friendly . He came out to the house and evaluated what needed to be done while explaining the whole process. The plumber seemed to know exactly what to do and was careful in his work. There was a problem which caused us to fail the first inspection but he was very apologetic and quickly fixed the problem. Later, we encountered problems trying to do the finish plumbing ourselves. So I called Judson's back and they sent out a different plumber who fixed the problems in less than an hour that had been causing us so much frustration.

They were right on time. They did the work quickly and very efficiently. They cleaned up. Everything looks great. I highly recommend them.

We've had very good luck with Judson's Plumbing and have used them for years. They basically get the job done and once they do it it's done and works.

They were only here for about 15 minutes. The overall experience was excellent. They are very close to us, so I don't have to pay much for a mileage fee, which comes out in the wash. Their quality of work is always good. I would use them again in the future, if needed.

They did everything they said they would do and did it on time. Staff was very friendly.

Replacement of one of the outside faucets required working in a tight space in a kitchen cabinet to avoid going into the space from the outside wood siding, and took considerable effort to do. The plumber showed up on time, was very professional, and did a great job. We have used Judson's for most of our plumbing needs over the years. They are reliable.

Judson's was called to come out to fix a water leak under the house. They needed to turn off the water at the street to fix the leak. They fixed the leak under the house and were paid 200 dollars. After a couple of weeks, we noticed water leaking from the turn off box at the street so we called Judson's back to ask them to fix the leak they created at the shut off valve. They came out and said they wouldn't fix it since it was on the city side but they said it had most likely been caused by someone turning off and on the water in the box. We called the city to have them fix it and the city did fix it. Judson's then sent a bill for coming out the second time to look at something they had most likely caused and that they refused to fix. We called to ask them to remove the second bill since they may very well have created the leak and they didn't fix it. They said the “home office” wouldn’t allow them do this. We will not use Judson's again.

He did the best job. He was very clean and professional. He can’t do better than that. Every time he is consistent with the quality of work he does. We have a nice house and you can’t make out that he did some work like this.

Craig of Judson's Plumbing provided timely and expert service to us. Craig hooked up our new kitchen sink faucet and disposal as part of our new kitchen remodel. Craig was again timely, professional and courteous as always. He did a great job and his expertise is greatly appreciated. We will use Judson's in the future.

I called Judsons when I had a plumbing emergency. The person who returned my call asked to speak to my husband (I'm a single woman and the homeowner!), cut me off when I was explaining the problem, and asked me questions that I'd already answered (when he wasn't listening). Then he said he'd call the home office in Salem, and call me back with a price and time. It took about 5 hours before I got the call back. By that time, I'd already called another plumber and the problem was fixed.

We are still waiting on the bill. They called and came right out. The guy who came out was very professional and removed his shoes when he came out. He did very good work and it has stopped leaking. When he was working he didn't make a mess.

There was one person that showed up to install the toilet. He was finished in about one hour and thirty minutes. The quality of the installation was good and it has not been leaking or anything. He did clean up the bathroom when he was done and I liked that. After I called them, they were able to come out the next day.
