Representative, Josh, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He inspected the inside and perimeter of the house with me, provided an estimate, and performed the treatment on the same day. Three days later, and the treatment seems to be working.

These people (Brian and Kevin in particular) went the extra mile to ensure that my crawl space, attic, and house were completely tight/protected against rodents and other pests, even correcting something that should have been addressed by the roofers. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Brian was particularly knowledgeable as a result of his construction background--a positive nod to Good Earth's hiring practices. The fellows who have come by to inspect and spray have done their work quickly and professionally. It has been a relief to know that the issue of rodents and destructive pests are being excluded and then effectively addressed for this year.

Ben Kesecker and his assistant arrived promptly at 8 a.m. ready to perform the above mentioned items. They spent many hours working on the house and garage, and laying out traps in my crawl space and around the perimeter of the house.. They went way beyond the call of duty, as I had had a skunk spray near my front door, and the smell permeated my entry way and living room. They made sure that there was no way the skunk could have gotten into my crawl space, and gave me good suggestions for airing out the house and getting rid of the smell. They were very meticulous in their work and even fixed a few things not on the original work order. They will come back every few days to monitor the traps that were put out so I don't have to deal with them. They will be following up every other month on a separate rodent and pest control contract that I have signed up for. I feel very confident that they will be equally as responsive with this maintenance contract.

They are professional, courteous and efficient. They actually got the job done the first time. I am happy that we ended up going with them. Their price is a little on the high side but it is obviously worth it.

No issues. Arrived, asked if we had any problems, applied the treatment and left. Had a Carpenter Ant problem. No sign of any since I contracted with these folks.

I have used this service for a number of years on a regular bi-monthly basis and have always had excellent service. The provider who arrives is always pleasant and professional. If I'm home, he asks questions about having any problems with pest around the home before proceeding to undertake his work. During times when I do encounter problems with pests (ants, bees, rats), a call to their office produces an immediate response to take care of the issue. Issues are solved with one visit, and I pay no charge for this service, aside from my usual bi-monthly service. I would recommend their service to anyone!

The receptionist who answered the telephone call was friendly and knowledgeable, and she scheduled an appointment quickly. They sent a confirmation email that included a photo of the technician who would be coming to our home. She told us what the cost would be on the phone. The tech was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained how he could remedy the situation, but also told us that the bees would go away on their own when the weather cooled off. Since the nest was 10 feet from our front door, we wanted the bees gone ASAP. He took about 10 minutes, and indicated that the bees would be gone within a day or two. They were. We were able to pay with a credit card on the spot. He provided information about their ongoing maintenance services, but was not pushy about it. We were very satisfied with the services. I can't say much about the price, since we did not get other bids and have not used pest control services in the past.

The gentlemen were very professional, explained the source of the problem, how it would go without treatment, what treatment would do, the cost and the time to a livable solution. We were delighted to have no ant problem with one or two days as their traps seemed to do the trick. They followed up a couple weeks later to see how our problem was and reminded us that we can call whenever we have problems or concerns. We're now on a 3-month maintenance schedule. This is the first time in probably 2 years that we're not seeing large numbers of ants. We've seen fewer than a half-dozen individuals in the 3 weeks since the first visit. We're very happy.

The first company came out and without even looking at the specimens I had saved - gave me a quote for a one time ant treatment. When Mike came out from Good Earth, he looked at the specimens and identified them as an ant that is not one that will be taking up residence in my home...basically just passing through. There was no need for a treatment since they will soon be gone anyway. I completely appreciate the honesty. It would be very easy to just sell me a service, whether I need it or not. We had a long discussion of the types of ants and bugs I should be on the lookout for since I live in the country. He left his packet with prices and information for a quarterly program, but no hard sell. To me - this is the type of company that I am interested in doing business with and recommending to my fellow and quot;listersand quot;.

After about 3 days there were no more ants running all over the place and just a few at the traps. Very satisfied.

I think some might be put off by the price but considering the job they did it was money well spent.

It went very well. I was given a lot of information about how rats get in and out houses and what they do, as well as some ideas for doing some clean-up myself (I ended up calling in a disaster company for the major clean-up) and how to protect myself (masks, gloves, etc.) while doing so. They fixed the areas in the house very well and in less time than estimated (though I didn't check the ones in the attic and crawl space personally!). I was also given a $50 off card to give a neighbor, which would help me, too, both financially and in regard to the return of rodents. (These neighbors used them for the entire process, too.) Someone comes every other month to make sure that none of the closures have been compromised (we did find one that had been, though it was not their fault, and they told me as soon as they noticed it). My only complaint about that is that they don't check to see if I'm home and have any concerns or other bugs. (And, of course, sometimes I'm not home.) They do leave a door hanger that they have come. Note: this is an additional program with a separate billing system.

We were very happy with the service and the professionalism of the technicians.

We had a consultation with and quot;Benand quot; who was personable and professional, he looked over the work we had to do, installing fencing around 1/2 the property, installation of a ventilation fan, hanging of a new door, and the drywall and insulation of a basement room that had some water damage due to a foundation crack and other issues already seen to, as well as some dry rot removal and replacement of effected boards, among some other jobs. Today we got an email telling us they were declining the work and feel a contractor would be a better choice for us. This is a disappointment as we have already had one contractor leave us high and dry (they lost some workers) however they have offered to give us some referrals (though did not in the email.). Though we are very disappointed we did not find their manner or responsiveness to be lacking and if we were to have pest problems we might contact them.

They call us in advance, on the day, they make sure we know they are here to spray and to see if we need ant baits.

Very professional and thorough in their inspection and treatment. Have not seen a single carpenter ant in the month since treatment.

We have had an ant problem for at least 4 months. The provider would stop by when we complained about the ants invading our home, and usually we received a few more indoor traps. However, the spraying outside the house was only every three months and the last time it was still wet outside. The office person spoke to us on the phone (Corvallis office) as if we were idiots instead of long-time customers. We are very disappointed with Good Earth. We started with Charlie as our provider from G.E. a few years ago but the past few visits were with someone else, who was very nice but his work seemed to not be as effective as Charlie's. Since Charlie no longer comes to the Eugene area (we are told) we are in the process of interviewing new providers. Note that the and quot;Cand quot; I gave under and quot;Professionalismand quot; is for everyone else at Good Earth except Charlie, who is the best. If you use this provider, request Charlie.

Good Earth came out to help us with it, and they were just great all the way around. We signed a service contract with them so they come out several times a year.

I've had a great experience with Good Earth so far. They came to the house for a free inspection and advice on our ongoing small ant problem. After looking around inside and outside they gave us a lot of helpful information and answered all our questions about the ants, then outlined the 2 different types of services, the one-time and the quarterly. We elected to sign up for the quarterly service and so they went ahead and performed the initial service at that time. The only negative is that they started trimming a tree that was touching the house without asking first. I would have told them it was fine, was just slightly taken aback when I saw them. Other than that, they were professional, friendly, and nice to the dog, so we're glad to have their services. I really like that the quarterly services includes as-needed calls if we have other insect issues such as wasps, yellowjackets, etc., since it's our first year in the house and we don't know what else may be out there.

Last spring office staff booked an immediate intervention and their pest technician came out and inspected my property and did a series of non-toxic chemical treatments that trapped and eliminated the ants in short time. He provided good information about the ant problem and how their service worked. He has followed up with quarterly treatments to keep pests out of my home. I am happy with this service--wish I had known more about them long ago--I would not have had to live with those creepy brown spiders for so long.

They were very nice on the phone. The technician was also very competent. The cost was a little high but it was worth the added knowledge and expertise.

They have been good. They come out and spray the perimeter of the house for termites and other insects.

I think the price is fair. I think they are effective although with pest care it's rather difficult to tell because obviously there weren't termites jumping out of the wood work. But yes, I am satisfied with their service. I had noises inside my wall before they did the service. I have no problem at all. The staff's friendliness and professionalism is very good.
