The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I'm totally satisfied with the result. As the underlying structure became visible after removing the siding and inside sheetrock, Dennis modified the initial plan and proceeded in a very logical manner. Siding was reused and one would have to look very carefully to see any indication it had been removed and replaced.

We showed Dennis each of the projects and described what we wanted. In the case of the bathroom cabinet, we had it in hand and simply showed him roughly where it should go. The roll out shelves were nothing more than and idea. So he proposed a solution and he found the hardware and provided a quote for the work. The shelving in the walk in closet was a simple description with approximate spacing. The roof gutter problem was a general description of the situation and the desired outcome. In all these cases, he came up with an appropriate solution with a quote in response to our general requests and hand waving. Once we gave the go ahead, he showed up when he said he would and did the work in a very classy way, a lot better than I would have conceived of doing it. He has excellent judgment and tons of experience which translates into good solutions. He also works very fast, but tends to be fairly busy so has to work you into his schedule. All of his work has stood the test of time with no problems once the installation was complete.

The last time he was here he reconnected some roofing that had come loose. He is prompt and professional, and seems to know what he's doing. I am happy with the services I've received, and will definitely call him again.
