I have used Evenflo Plumbing many times and they are always on time and not only do great work, but every plumber who has come has been such a joy. So friendly and professional. Keegan came out today and he was wonderful even though he had to deal with a bunch of yuck under our house from a broken pipe. He took it like a trooper even in the heat. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt and did a good job in replacing the thermostats, everything fixed and working perfectly fine now. it was still under warranty and the thermostat and only had to pay for his labor.

After self-replacing washers and springs in a kitchen faucet, it continued to leak at the base of the faucet/sink connection and also from the manual water shut off valves(due to age). I contacted Evenflo Plumbing, LLC for assistance with repairing the existing issues. This was the third time I have used this company. They are always professional, punctual, responsive and their service costs have been very reasonable each visit. They are now my "go to" company for plumbing issues.

Everything worked out well, work was done in a very professional way, Shawn the main plumber did a very good job, everything worked out, and the clean up was also done, I would highly recommend this plumbing company, very efficient and experienced. I will have Shawn return to install a main line shut off valve when he can.

I looked for a plumber that was relatively close to us and had good ratings. I called and a pleasant person explained that for a flat fee, the plumbers would come to my house and bid the job (no charge for 'travel time' to our house). If I wanted the job done, they would likely do it then and the fee would be included in the final cost. I made an appointment and Shawn and his helper Andrew showed up right on time. They arrived in a nice professional-looking truck and had company shirts on. They looked over the job, made me a bid which I accepted and did the work right then. They asked my wife where she wanted the hose bib and installed it there. They did a very professional job and didn't mind me hanging out and asking questions (I learned alot). They cleaned up after themselves, took my payment electronically and were on their way.

All of the plumbers we have dealt with have been great. They don't try and sell you things you don't need.

Evenflo Plumbing were able to come address my problem right away which was a miracle! All other plumbers said it would be several days! The plumber, Charlie was fast, courteous and professional. He found the source of leak and took care of it right away. He got the job done very quickly, no hidden charges or unnecessary work done/charged for. I would absolutely hire Evenflo Plumbing again!

Charlie and his Daniel came out within a couple hours of my call. They did an amazing job. They stopped the leak, replaced the water line and valves. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was very professional and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the first time I used this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Charlie and Kelii did a great job. They informed us of the cost and explained what they were going to do. They were very respectful of our new flooring and took of their shoes even though I said it wasn't necessary. Upon completing the job they left things cleaner than they found them and asked if there was anything else we needed. We will certainly use them again.

Alarmed by the sound of spraying water beneath the bathroom floor, I called EvenFlo early on Monday morning. By that afternoon, Charlie & nephew had diagnosed the problem (nasty leak through rotten pipe), fixed it, as well as unclogging drains and installing a new faucet. These guys were quick, thorough, professional, friendly, and patient with my questions.

I'm going to be extremely disappointed if they don't turn out to be what I think they are. So far, they've just been great, doing extra little things that they didn't have to. I have nothing bad to say about them. He has to come back because they've got to take the floor out. He took the water heater out. He has to come back when they're done and put the new one in. I'm sure he'll be here. He was on time. I haven't had plumbing work done for quite a while, so I don't know if their prices are right on or not. But, for the kind of service I've gotten, if I am paying a little bit more, then I don't mind.

They inspected the leak and it ended up being from the washing machine. The work ended up being a lot more involved than expected, but I felt the pricing was competitive. The plumber, Jason, and his apprentice, Ray Younger, could not have been better. Their personalities were great and they treated my home with such respect, they were fantastic. I plan on using them again in the near future to come look at another plumbing issue that I have. They worked until the job was finished and even stayed there until after 5.

Nathan came and completed the service quickly and professionally. He answered all of my questions before work began and completed the job even more quickly than I had expected. It was not a complicated job but he handled it with care and attention. Scheduling was very simple. I called multiple times asking questions and the office staff was helpful and very accommodating. They were even able to work me in on very short notice. I would certainly use their services again.

Our plumbing clogged up so we finally decided to call Evenflo to at least give us an estimate on what we might expect to spend in time and dollars. An hour after Shawn appeared, our drains were cleared and a new faucet was installed in our bathroom. No muss, no fuss, and no pain when it came to paying up. Shawn was polite, professional, tidy.

Evenflo provided courteous, prompt and professional service from start to finish. The office was friendly and responsive and the field technician was prompt. Don't hesitate to call if you're in need of plumbing help!

I guess they could have watched the clock better. He charged me for two separate days that he stopped by the house to turn he water off which I didn't appreciate. He couldn't turn the water off because he didn't have a wrench, he said somebody had stolen it. The last two jobs they did for me have not been so great. Everything they've ever done has been of good quality, done in a timely way and priced well.

This company was recommended to me by a friend...They were great on the phone and even when I had to cancel late, they were fantastic about working me into their next open day. Howard came, complete with little booties on feet, quickly looked at my issues and did the work. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked fast and efficiently. Clean up and care around my other fixtures and floors was great....No mess left and all in order and working great... Overall, this is probably the BEST plumbing service I've used in recent years. A rare "gem" in a crowd of far too many inexperienced, high priced, mediocre performing home services. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to all of my friends. Call them.....You won't be sorry.

The day I phoned, Marcus came out and inspected the site. Two days later he came and replaced the damaged pipe. Thorough, proficient, and yet amiable, Marcus was fantastic. The receptionist was as well--pleasant and a great scheduler to get our repair done so quickly. (It was not an emergency.) Jim, the owner, is whom our last dealings were with. I thought he was great, but employees are not always as wonderful as the boss. At EvenFlo they are!

Wendy in the EvenFlo office was very courteous and helpful in scheduling the work and then called the day before to confirm that Shawn would be handling the scheduled work. Shawn called 10mins before arriving to notify us of his arrival. Shawn was professional and engaging - he worked quickly and resolved all the problems. We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use EvenFlo Plumbing in the future.

He was very prompt and very professional. He got the work done quite easily and quite early. He was quite enjoyable while he was here. It happened on a Thursday, when we called them. They said they were going to try to come out Friday and that they were going to call first. Unfortunately, they did call but nobody was home. So it was Monday before they came out. But they were here right at 9 o'clock on Monday.

We woke up to two toilets that wouldn't flush property, unpleasant stuff coming up a shower drain, and ominous gurgles and bubbles in both bathrooms. And on a Sunday to boot. Within a couple hours of calling Evenflo, we had a plumber on the scene. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that since we didn't have a clean out, another approach was required. He got out a ladder, looked down a bathroom air/gas vent pipe on the roof, and started a snake down the pipe and toward the septic tank. In just a few minutes, he had cleared the clog and everything was working great. I'm sure a less imaginative or creative plumber would have taken the usual route of removing a toilet and then using a snake. What could have been a messy, lengthy job was done quickly and with a minimum of disruption. And the price for a Sunday morning, was more than worth it.
