John was a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time examining the floors and discussing the best way to patch them, and he let us know exactly what he would do and when he would do it. The floors look great.

John Brewer was easy to work with ahead of time to schedule two jobs at two family-owned houses and worked with both my contractor and me to fit the dates for the work. The floors of the first house were finished on the day promised and looked great. In the second house, The floors had been under carpet for many years and had been badly stained by water in a few areas. At the specified date, he was there and finished the job within 3 days. When we reviewed the finished product, it became apparent the water stains in some areas were still too visible for my liking. When I called him back, he immediately met with me the same day, and agreed to replace the bad boards and re-coat the floors, and completed the job over the following weekend. The finished result was beautiful! John was extremely cooperative with these two jobs and worked very hard to get it to the level we wanted, even though it required more work than originally estimated. The extra charge for replacing the stained wood was very reasonable. If only all contractors were this easy to work with! I would definitely recommend Corvallis Wood Floors to others and would use them again.

John was punctual and professional. He installed new flooring in the hallway and replaced some damaged flooring in our kitchen and walkway. The hallway looks wonderful my only and biggest complaint is the work he did on replacing he damaged flooring. Not only did the pieces not match the rest of the flooring, one of them had a large gouge in it. When I pointed this out to him, he apologized and promised to come back next week and fix it.
