Description of Work: Installer tried to get us to sign up for equipment and a higher level of internet service than we wanted. We had to pressure him to give us what was promised during the initial phone order.

Description of Work: A company that scams in every way possible to get more money out of you. No charge for modem for six months and all of a sudden want us to pay to rent one. Point fingers at everyone but themselves. Endless wait times on the phone (literally 2.5 hours!). They know you have no actual choice so they gouge you at every turn. I hate Comcast.

Description of Work: I don't like that a secondary company, Xfinity, comes out to install. Also, the price I was quoted isn't the price I am paying. I can't ever get anyone on the phone.

+ -1 moreWe have been very impressed with the training and expertise of all the Comcast cable techs. Although our service has been dicey for the past several years, we are happy that it now seems to be working well.
Description of Work: We have had technicians from Comcast come to our home about three times a year to try to improve the quality of our cable internet connection. All of the techs have been skilled at their work, very professional and pleasant to be around. Each of them has improved our internet, only to have it go down a few weeks later. The most recent tech, Paul H., went the extra mile by climbing the pole behind our house and repairing a bad connection. Since then we have not lost our internet service.
