They did a great job! the painters communicated well and asked questions when needed. Their quality was fantastic, even trying to clean up some stains left by the last paint job.

As with the other reviewers, I couldn't be more impressed, quite frankly I am in awe because the crew, Chad and John, kept me informed of the process along the way verifying all the details, taking care of each day's work in such a way as if it were their own home, being so very exact inch by inch going over everything and in the end, doing a walk-thru to make sure I was pleased and didn't notice any problems. Such nice young men to deal with, so thoughtful, so kind, they love their job, they weren't noisy, they were on time each day and got ahold of me if the weather was going to be bad and they weren't going to show up. Part of that great job was the masterful job of taping off those sections of the house that would not get paint at that point in the project. Not a drop of paint anywhere, how did he do that? Have no idea, kudos to you John for that and all the effort dealing with balancing acts on ladders to get the top areas of my home to paint so beautifully. Chad, for being their for all questions, for being such a qualified painter caring about every little detail, working hard and being there for me through the whole process. Both these guys never said a bad word about anything or anyone while here, that was refreshing, they were neat as a pin and never left a mess at anytime. I am completely satisfied, still want to pull my chin up off the pavement every time I go outside and realize what a thoughtful and professional job Cavalier Painting Inc provided for me. I am forever grateful, a believer, I highly recommend them and will call them again next time.

An excellent outfit, and one we highly recommend. Since people seem to look at price first, let me say I'm not at all sure how Cavalier fits into the local pricing of house painters. We had originally contracted with someone who works pretty much by himself, for about half the price - however, he backed out after the first day of washing the house.....indicating it was too much for him (the house is two story on an incline). As this was the beginning of summer, we were concerned about availability of other contractors, and called Cavalier first, expecting to have a couple more bids as well. Romeo came out as soon as we called, looked over the job very carefully, explaining where the problems were, and gave us a detailed bid. His forthright manner and pleasant attitude made us decide to forego checking other painters. Our house was built in 1960, and has numerous wood details - with a dark green body and white trim, the work needed to be precise. We feel the price we paid was well worth the high quality of the work, and I have indicated that by giving an 'excellent' for cost. The whole crew - Tiffany, Chad, and Daniel - were a pleasure to have around and did outstanding work. They arrived when scheduled, were friendly, and took care with the house and our plantings. It was enjoyable to watch the skill with which they approached the job, and they graciously answered any questions we had as to what was happening. When you have workers at your home from 7am-5pm, for several days, it's a bonus to have them feel so comfortable. Highest quality work - skilled and pleasant workers - and a finished product that looks wonderful.......yes....our top recommendation for Cavalier.

It was a special going on in June with the discount and it worked out well. Their price was competitive. They did a good job. They came when they said they were coming. They were polite and accommodating. What was most important to me was they came when they said they were coming. They cleaned up after themselves. They did more than expected. I was very happy. There were a few little things but overall they were very good. Their pricing was very good.

Overall, they did an outstanding job!!....Romeo (the owner of Cavalier painting) was great to work with from the beginning of the project until the end. He did a careful inspection of my house exterior, noted some issues with siding and other problems that needed repair before the paint job...(as a result of poor workmanship by a local siding company)....Others would have just painted over the problem, but Romeo did the proper prep work and made sure everything went smoothly, was on time and was done right.. Prior to the job , I got bids from a couple of other paint companies. I know from experience that you really DO get what you pay for on these jobs. I selected Cavalier based on bid detail and the crew he has doing his work.....I wasn't into painters who promise much but use low end paints and novice painters....I didn't want to go with some of local painting companies that have a large number of crews and have heavy turnover; those that advertise inexperienced college student painters, and/or those that I am not sure have seasonal workers who it is often difficult to communicate with. Licensed and Bonded doesn't insure quality. Cavalier has a slightly older, more mature and more experienced crew that has been with him for several years; .....a small crew that works well together, is efficient and knows how to do a high quality paint job.. I couldn't have been more pleased with their workmanship and the way they double checked their work, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was done right. I've been extremely frustrated of late by hiring workers who are either incompetent, don't do what they promise, or I end up having trouble with their work right away. THIS painter has been in business here in Corvallis for a long time and there is a good reason for that. The paint job was of the highest quality and I am sure that Cavalier will stand behind their work if there is a problem. There are less expensive painters out there, but this is a case where you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR......Romeo and his crew go above and beyond the call of duty and I recommend them without reservation. If you want a fantastic paint job by people who worry the details and follow through to make sure that even a PICKY homeowner gets the job he/she is looking for, ....look no further.

We were very happy with them, and plan on using them again to paint our house next week. They had very good quality of work. The price was good as well. They did the job quickly and cleaned up very well.

Romeo and his team did an excellent job, with a great eye for detail, and professional work. I've used other firms in the past, and would never, ever go back. Romeo's team does great work. The quality has lasted, and all of the details, down to making sure brush strokes don't show on glossy painted areas, are all done right. The prep and clean up is all professionally done. Masking is done well and seams are clean. I had his team come 2 years later to repaint the exterior of my house, and they did a great job.. so now, years later, I need my entry repainted, and there's only one guy I'll call. Cavalier.
