Description of Work: "Provider was paid at time of service. At the time I paid them, I didn't realize the following: 1. men's expensive, newly dry cleaned suits jammed ( really) into whatever box seemed available. 2. most writing on outside of boxes did not match items inside boxes -- which meant I had to move huge, poorly packed and heavy boxes from room to room. 3. at least two boxes had a full garbage can packed with them. one had new ""gift items"" under the can of trash ( not the bottom) or should I say trash itself. 4. one large box was entirely packed with many valuable delicate glass pieces under heavy dinnerware. the box was marked ""kitchen dishes"". I am glad I looked in it for a plate and discovered the error. 5. food and chemicals packed together ... food on the bottom. 6. completely ruined baskets from around the world. 7. items which belonged together, packed separately, in boxes marked incorrectly. (a small table in one, the legs in another 8. furniture put in place without all it's hardware. 9. furniture put in the wrong room and/or wrong place in the wrong room. (rooms and furniture placement was clearly marked with sticky notes. 10. movers left MANY items ( not packed in moving van or telling me. 11. refrigerator not packed. 12. lunch (which I had provided) trash left in old apartment so I could clean it up. 13. large, heavy boxes full of breakables on top of other boxes. Which made moving them down so I could unpack, almost impossible. 14. several nicks in the paint on walls, doors and baseboards in a brand new dwelling. There are many more horrors ....."
