Armor Contracting stands head and shoulders above our other experiences with general contractors. Jon Voltz was timely, communicative, and very helpful in bettering our plans and saving us money--really great advice from years of experience. And his standard procedure is to break down all aspects of his estimate for you on a spreadsheet, so that you know exactly what your material costs are, what part is subcontractors' and what part is the general contractor's margin. And if any mistakes or oversights occur, they are responded to and fixed promptly. All this for a fair price and more concern for the quality of the outcome and satisfaction of the client than for anything else. It is by far and away the most transparent, courteous and professional treatment we have ever had. We will always go back to Armor before going anywhere else for future contracting work. And even when we're not ready, they have always been helpful via email to offer quick advice on other trusted service providers.

The whole experience was great! Jon was very professional and accomodating. He and his crew truly looked out for our best interests and made sure to do the job right...without cutting corners. He kept me informed throughout the project, and was very helpful in answering any questions I had.
