Description of Work: The team did an excellent job of moving our 3/4 bedroom household about 12 miles; They were prompt, curteous, experienced, accommodative and stayed with the job to completion. ( exceeding initial estimate).

+ 0 moreThey did not tie down my flatscreen television. I also have a very nice cabinet and it was absolutely destroyed. I had about three dozen packing blankets, which was overkill, for them to use them on my furniture. About 2 dozen of them were unused and my nice cabinet was damaged due to rubbing. They didn’t even cover the cabinet and there were many unused packing blankets. When I called them, the response was incredible. After the truck was packed, I never opened it. He actually accused me of opening the truck and adding more items that caused the damage. He also accused me of causing the damage by using their truck to drive my items to storage. These scenarios had no grounds in reality and they are completely unfounded. The experience was really bad.
Description of Work: I hired them to load my rental truck.
