+ -1 moreBob came the next day, explained what I didn't understand in a comprehensible manner, and got my new computer set up for me. I appreciated his helpful, professional manner. I felt his charges were very reasonable, and would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: My computer crashed, so I needed the info on the old hard drive transferred to my new computer

+ -1 moreI called about 10AM and Bob offered to come to my house at 1PM. He worked on the laptop about 45 minutes. Not only fixing both of my problems but also making other changes to speed up log in times and to eliminate unneeded files and programs. My laptop not only is back to normal but runs better and faster. I am happy to give him a strong recommendation.
Description of Work: My laptop had locked up and my internet wireless connections were intermittent.

+ -1 moreMy computer crashed during the night - went into "sleep mode" and wouldn't come out. On-line forums suggested it could be a vidoe board, a power supply, or a mother board. Not much help. Called and left a message with A Computer Hero. He (Bob Eggers) returned the call within an hour. He scheduled a visit for the same day and arrived on time. 40 minutes later my computer was as good as new. Also revised the set up to avoid similar problems in the future. Total cost - $40.00.
Description of Work: Got my PC running again.
