He was very careful to allow me to make the decision, and he was also careful to ensure it was based on my needs. He was meticulous in his work, making sure each lock fit and worked well, which took some adjustments in the old doors. He did a great job and was very engaging and helpful.

+ -1 moreAnswered phone promptly. Gave a window of time for arrival and warned might be late. This indeed happened; I guess that's the nature of locksmithing. If I were locked out, I would want prompt service and my needs were elective and could be postponed. He educated me on the locks I had installed and provided service and care instructions. I felt his services were well-priced and valuable. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: Had all house door and deadbolts serviced, lubricated and locks changed. For no charge, he even fixed a broken doorstop. Although I could have taken the locks to him for rekeying, the added value of servicing the doors made the nominal on-site fee worth it.
