+ -1 moreIt was a big huge disaster . Very bad experience that had caused a lot of stress in my life . And extra money to fix all that was poorly and unprofessionally done.
Description of Work: June 3013 I changed my roof through sears company. I was overcharged and the people they sent damage my property. The nails they used went through my ceiling and I did have leak problems last December that damage my inside ceiling and walls . I was never able to talk to anyone in sears they just sent me to their adjusters and no answers . I hired them because I thought if something happened I will be able to have the service . It didn't happen . When I had to fix all the damage caused due the poorly installation I had to find people to fix their damage

+ -1 moreThe salesman that we talked to was very good. We had to change our mind a few times because of space restrictions and he was very good to find the refrigerator for us and explained the brand for us. He worked with us on the price and delivery and so forth. He handled us very well.
Description of Work: I went to SEARS last November to buy a new refrigerator.
