The staff were willing to answer my questions and adhered to their promised deadline. I left my truck with them for 2 days, but couldn't pick it up until the 3rd day and they were accommodating and stored it in their garage. All of the items in the interior compartments were placed in a bag and put in the truck when they were done with the interior to ensure nothing was lost. My only suggestion is to verify the service and price they write down on their schedule before you leave because they wrote down Level 1 on their schedule when it should have been Level 2. I had written it down on the brochure I took when I made an appointment, and called them when I got home to verify what I told them in person was correct. They corrected it on their schedule to be Level 2 without issue.
