Jim Thomas Maintenance

I originally spoke with Jim but it was Adam that came and cleaned our gutters. Adam did a great job. He was on time and efficient and pleasant to work with.

We originally contacted Jim for some gutter cleaning. It was Adam who did that work. While Adam was here, we discussed having our flagstone walks power washed. Adam came the following week and cleaned the flagstones with great care not to wash the surrounding soil away. The flagstones were installed about 20 years ago and we had never sealed them or had them power washed. They had become discolored and some had turned black in places. When Adam finished, the stones looked like new.

I found Jim's company via Google search. His reviews were wonderful and I was sold on his business being advertised as Veteran owned. I also appreciated that you can call and get a free estimate. I love a company where the owner actually takes care of you from beginning to end from talking to you directly to helping with the job. Jim was very nice in taking care of cleaning our gutters and downspouts as I called him late in the afternoon and it was done the next morning. His crew was both friendly and professional. He even went out of his way to help me find a contact to assist with some minor roof repairs. I will definitely use Jim again and would highly recommend calling Jim for all your pressure washing, gutter and roof cleaning needs. A+

Excellent work. Team was on time and did the work quickly and professionally. Driveway looks brand new. I plan to have them come back out later to powerwash the house and side driveway. I would not hesitate to hire.

Jim was on the job early and impressed the home owner with his attention to detail and his discussion of the best way to do the work. The roof was de-mossed carefully with no damage or wear on the roof and the gutters were working efficiently as well as gleaming from their spray wash. It is with high regard for Jim's work that I recommend him to my clients who need power washing and demossing of any surface. Jim came out to our house with a crew of 2 other guys. They were on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable and I was able to have the services done within a week of getting my estimate.

They were right on time. The two man crew blew the leaves off the roof, cleaned out the gutters and washed out the downspouts while Jim supervised. Jim Thomas was nice to deal with and the two guys did a very good job. They were all very responsive to my requests and helpful. Cleanup was thorough. I will definitely have the come back!
