I never could get anyone to respond to me to get a quote. Add to that the poor driving and I decided I didn't want to continue to pursue a relationship.

He showed up promptly for the bid, I had a couple others for about the same amount of money but I liked how Ignacio explained what he would do and how soon he was available.The work was excellent, he listened to my concerns, showed up when he said he would and finished on time and on budget.I would recommend him to anyone needed landscaping done. You won't be disappointed.

I hired Ignacio last year to work on my irrigation system (valves) and was completely satisfied with the price, service and especially follow up. This year I wanted to replace my weed and moss covered rear yard that has major drainage issues and do something with an un-used grass area by the house. Ignacio took out the old yard, put in a french drain, tilled and brought in better dirt, placed new sod, reconfigured and replaced some of the irrigation system to be more water efficient. We also had him do a paver patio area for a fire-pit and additional seating area. His ideas and suggestions on yard, irrigation, and patio were excellent and much appreciated. The job turned out great and his follow up just as before was tremendous. He has been back twice --just to make sure everything was ok, and it won't surprise me if he comes by again. This is the kind of follow-up you cannot find or buy anymore. Go with Ignacio -- he will make sure you are happy.

At first Ignacio seemed really good. The back yard was resodded and looked very nice. Part of the initial estimate was for a one time mow/edge/weed/fertilize which was not done until about a week after (and a few telephone calls asking when it would get done) the sod went down. Ignacio offered to do the weekly lawn maintenance--which was to include mowing, edging and weed control--for $20.00 a week. Sometimes edging would be done, sometimes not--no weed control was performed and when I would ask about it, he would tell me that he didn't bring it with him, and that for $120.00 a month he would do weed control as well (which was already supposed to be included in the price he quoted me!). Then on the 6th week they didn't show up on the scheduled day. After 5 days passed I called to see when they were coming and he informed me that he's really busy and he would try to get to me within a few days. I told him that the lawn looked terrible and that he can't just show up whenever he wanted to and that he was scheduled for every Thursday, so he told me to get someone else to do it.
