O'Neill's Garage Doors

Our garage has two doors. One had an opener when we bought the house last year and the other did not. O'Neill's gave me a price over the phone for repair of the one opener and replacement of that opener if it couldn't be repaired. They gave us a choice of two models of openers. I chose the model we wanted and told them that we wanted an opener installed on the other door as well. They gave me a price on both doors and came an installed them a few days later. The old opener was irreparable. The final price was a little less than the quote they gave me over the phone. The did the work quickly and professionally and left no mess behind.

O'Neill's is great. They are very professional and are on top of what they're doing. One of the guys was new and left a few things undone and Mike came back and finished it up. I'm really happy with these guys.

These guys put up gutters that drained property on a house whose eves were far from level. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, efficiently, and even added an extra piece of gutter I decided I needed at little expense. Great folks.

O'Neill's service Technician, Cody, arrived on time (calling first as requested) to perform maintenance on my double garage doors, including reallignment of a slightly bent track. Cody behaved professionally, being cordial, competent, and quick. Also, he offered extra value by taking the time to patiently teach me how to reprogram the key codes for my touch pad and my remotes. I observed him thoroughly checking all of the parts for proper adjustment. When I asked for improvement suggestions, he told me how I might improve the seals on the bottom of the doors and before leaving, he gave me a complimentary can of chain lube and asked if I had any questions. I am highly satisfied with the work done and if I were an employer I would be very pleased to have employees like Cody representing my company.
