+ -1 moreMichael responded to our request to have a home inspected with in a short period of time. Michael did a excellent job spending about 4.5 hours going though the house. Michael excellent eye found repairs that had not been disclosed in the sellers disclosures. With out his expertise we would have been spending 12000.00 dollars to make repairs that. Thanks Michael!!

+ 0 moreAfter the inspection, he met with us and walked us through the house and outside noting areas of concern and things that were done right. I felt very confident that he did a very complete job of inspecting from the roof to the sub floor area. He later sent us a complete detailed report of his findings. I was able to alert our builder of the things that were noted in the report, to be corrected. Very professional and trained in the area of home building. I highly recommend his service.

Description of Work: I used them for remodeling. What a great job!!! Everthing was done with care and "right the first time". The jobsite was cleaned up everday.....and when they finished. Could not be happier!!!!!

But we also offer a number of Specialties such as "Faux Finishes" and "Custom Concrete Countertops". The Ecclectic is always a welcome change. At the urging of a number of local Realtors I expanded the business to include Home Inspections almost two years ago. I am licensed by the State Of Oregon (OCHI #1506) as well as by the Dept. of Agriculture (AG-L 1018129 CPA) for P&D Inspections.
We don't offer general roofing services, but will do emergency leak mitigation and specialty flashing details.
