The quality of the products was fine. The store has a good selection and the sales people were friendly and helpful. First we had flooring replaced in the laundry room, kitchen, and bathrooms. There were a couple of small glitches and one bathroom had to be redone because of "bubbles" in the product. However, we decided to have the rest of the flooring throughout the house and window treatments in the laundry, dining room, and entry replaced. Once we paid our 75% deposit -- $10,000 -- we had a hard time reaching the owner to schedule measurements. Finally, this was done and someone came out to hang the window treatments. Only one of nine shades was correct. All others had to go back to be redone. It took two more months, many phone calls, and multiple visits to get this done. (Each time one or two or three blinds would be correct and others would need to go back.) The owner apologized profusely, he'd never had this type of thing happen before, he personally guaranteed there would be no further issues. Foolishly, we agreed to have his staff install flooring. Again, it was another two months and multiple emails/texts to arrange this. The first day, the installers were 90 minutes later than promised, the next day they were an hour late, the next day, they were three hours late. They installed the wrong padding, There are small but visible gaps in several places. There is very noticeable unevenness in the level of carpet in one bedroom. There are many new "squeaks" in the flooring. An installer stopped by to pick up unused flooring that he said was needed for another job and which he would "replace" "soon." He never did. Along the way, we complained again to the owner, who again apologized. We were, however, worn out and just wanting the process to be over.
