They refused mattress return
Description of Work: My wife, Adriana Farnham, and I checked mattresses at Bay Appliance. A few days later, I called back and ordered a mattress. Price was lower than quoted at store: I asked "Floor sample?" "No, but it is discontinued. You have 60 days to exchange it." The delivery guys did not have a sales slip or receipt. I had dealt with Bay previously and they charged my credit card the proper amount so I, unfortunately, did not push it. About a week before the 60 days were up, I called and asked (female) if return policy was 60 days from order or delivery. Reply: "You have 60 days from date of delivery to return it." As a check, my wife also called (Darren) and was told there was no return policy. Confused, I called again and was told (male) we had 90 days! More confused than ever, I called manager/owner (Bob) and was told we had only 30 days to return it which he claims was written on receipt (not delivered with mattress). He refused return. I claim the terms of our contract (verbal) to be what I was told when I placed my order: 60 day exchange. I refuse to suffer the consequences of Bay's inept management/workforce. I demand that Bay Appliance live up to the terms agreed to at the time of sale and pay for my time, energy, and inconveniences ($500 to date) required to force Bay into compliance.

Tom was friendly, professional and efficient and kept me apprised of everything he was doing throughout the repair. My refrigerator has been working fine ever since and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received!
Description of Work: On 1-28-14,I smelled a strong, electrical odor coming from my refrigerator, found it was no longer cooling, and called Bay Appliance the next morning regarding repair. They told me a technician would be out at approx. 10 am 1-31 to fix the problem. The technician, Tom, called me at 9 am and said he would be at my house in 30-35 minutes and he was. Tom asked me what the symptoms were, got right to work, removed the burned out piece, replaced it and was done with the job in 45 minutes.

Everything went good. took a little longer for them to get the parts and get the washing machine ready. The work was excellent, and the customer service was as well. They delivered and set the washer and dryer up, and even helped with a vent issue I had ! The delivery people were as great as the people at the location.
Description of Work: I purchased a washing machine and a dryer here. It was actually rebuilt/repaired ones that I requested from them. They did an excellent repair on it and even provided a 60 day warranty. No problems with these machines, and works great. This place is excellent on customer service and I trust them on service and purchases. I purchased a $1300 stove from them about 7 years ago and was pleased with their service and helpfulness.

Their service is superb. Their customer care is awesome and they will do whatever they can to make it right. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: I purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator and a cooktop oven at Bay Appliance & TV.
