Description of Work: We purchased a house and needed several improvements. All of them were performed by Converging Creeks. Here is a list: - Replaced carpet with ceramic tile in a full bathroom - Replaced a sliding bathroom door with a hinged door - Installed an externally vented exhaust fan in the kitchen - Installed a metal roof under a wooden deck to allow usage of the under-the –deck area during the rainy period- Installed a large commercial whole-house fan and a solar fan in the attic (including extending the vent area in the attic, to allow for proper airflow) - Designed and installed a large closet (approximately 20 ft long by 80 inches high by 30 inches deep, half of it shelves, the other half coat rod, with three 72” double doors) - Installed a 55” flat panel TV on a wall), mounted Bose speakers on the wall, with all the wires – power, speaker, Ethernet, HDMI - hidden in the walls - Hard-wired the house with Cat 6 Ethernet wire for a computer network. - Many other small work items (such as mounting large artworks on walls, installing child proofing gates, locks, towel rods, etc.)
