Description of Work: Power washed my house, built raised beds in our garden. They put in tile floors in my bathrooms. Window coverings, painting. They cleaned and treated my roof. They fixed my irrigation pump. They did some tree trimming, as well.

+ -1 moreLyle Ham is a self motivated, extremely hard worker who does not stop until the work is done to his own high standards. He is honest, responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable. He is upfront about what is do-able and what is not. He gives his informed opinion about how money could best be spent ? ? on repair or replacement. I trusted him completely with my home repairs, and he exceeded my expectations in every area.
Description of Work: Lyle Ham fixed everything that needed to be fixed around my house. He did not just treat the moss on my roof--he killed it, scraped all the dead moss off, and then treated it to prevent further problems. He built shelves to my specifications in my bathroom. He hung draperies for me. He even help rearrange my furniture – – more than once. He cleaned and reorganized my garage, building shelves to remove clutter. He primed my irrigation pump and reset all of my sprinklers. He updated my drip irrigation system as well. He did a thorough yard clean up and hauled away all debris.
