+ -1 moreThe experience with Chem-Dry Magic Bubbles was good. They were recommended by a friend of mine. The people were pleasant, they were fine.
Description of Work: Chem-Dry Magic Bubbles cleaned my carpets.

+ -1 moreI had asked before the cleaning if they guaranteed the cleaning. I called them as soon as my housekeeper and I noticed all of the spots. The carpet does not even look like it was ever cleaned. A representative came back to look at carpet after I called. They have not as yet scheduled a re-cleaning or spotting to comply w/ their guarantee.
Description of Work: Carpet was cleaned, but no spotting done. It was a "wet" cleaning of some kind, since the carpet was wet when I arrived home. Within 5 days all of the spots came back.

+ -1 moreWay overpriced (1.5 times the cost of the previous place). They charged our realtor for the job and refused to transfer it to our credit card. More important, their special pet-cleaning method did not work, even though we ended up being charged $600. A professional carpet installer brought in later said they should never have sold us the job; it could not work.
Description of Work: Second cleaning of a 2400 square foot house. First cleaning (by another firm- A-rated on this List) was inexpensive and good, but tenants were still complaining about one area with pet smell, so our realtor hired these people (Magic Bubbles). We went through a full-house cleaning with them (overpriced), then a special treatment of one area.
