 + -1 moreCOATES INSPECTION WAS REFERRED TO US BY OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT. MR. COATES ACCOMMODATED OUR REQUEST TO DO A COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION ASAP BEFORE A RAPIDLY APPROACHING CLOSING DATE. HE MET WITH US AT THE HOME ON A SATURDAY. HE WAS PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AFTER ABOUT THREE HOURS HE MET WITH US AND GAVE US A QUICK THUMBNAIL SKETCH OF HIS FINDINGS. WITHIN TWO DAYS HE HAD COMPLETED A 5 TO 6 PAGE REPORT DETAILING ALL PROS AND CONS. HE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Description of Work: MR. COATES MET AT HOME SITE, CONDUCTED A COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE OF A THREE STORY HOME THAT WAS OVER A HUNDRED YEARS OLD.
