+ -1 moreWe were on a very tight time line and Sean was able to sqeeze us into his schedule on very short notice even though it entailed a 2 hr drive in both directions. Sean was thorough and professional. He made the evaluation and suggested a fix. We had a construction sketch the next day.

He met me at the house and observed the issues that were of concern: repair to a roof after fire damage, small issues with a foundation, and a concrete pillar support that was crumbling due to age.

Description of Work: I contacted Sean for structural calculations on a new home design and brought in my contractor- Sean took the time to explain everything in detyail- woorked through the July 4th weekend and overnight to meet my deadline and had everything ready for submission to the city. I highly recommend Sean for anyone needing structural calulations and design help. He is also very pleassant and mild mannered.
