Very professional and timely. Excellent cooperation with the general contractor. Nice "touches" including routing the water supply for the fridge through a 2nd plastic pipe (further reducing the potential for freezing).

Andy came to bid the job, gave me a price, and answered my questions about options. I had a very ugly basement with 1923 plumbing all through the house. I could not flush a toilet when someone was in the shower without causing screams from being scalded. The water pressure was horrible and the so called contractor who did the former work had not a clue what he was doing. Andy fixed all that. He was absolutley amazing with his ability to know just how to work with what he had in front of him, to solve issues about re doing all the pipes in this old house, and he did it with a positive can do attitude. The price he gave me was solid and he did not change it even though he had to do extra work to make everything right. He was always right there even after it was finished and I called with minor items and questions. He returned calls promptly and apologized if he could not get back to me right away. I have nothing but good things to say about this very hard working, honest, and competent tradesman. I highly recommend him and would certainly use him for any other plumbing issues that need fixing.
