Description of Work: Mitchell was fantastic. We have moved into a new house and none of the toilets were satisfactory. After two calls to another plumbing service mandated by the home warranty company, and after two totally wrong and conflicting recommendations, we found Mitchell through the Angie's List deal. What a guy! He was quick to respond, had great recommendations, and within a short period we had our problems solved. I would recommend him without hesitation, and will use him in the future as we continue our home renovations.

Description of Work: This report is based on 2 jobs, combined, that Square 1 did for me, installing 3 ceiling fans. One of the visits also included running an extra wire for the fan's light switch. I found the office staff extremely helpful getting answers to my questions before I gave them the job. They also called me after the 2 jobs were done to see if I was happy with the work, which you don't see anymore. Very nice. They left my house clean, willing to take away the materials I wasn't recycling. And their employee Mitch was very fast and competent in the installation. I'm very happy I used them.

Description of Work: I actually never used this company. I called them, left a detailed message of what I needed, but never heard back from them. That is the epitomy of very poor customer service & professionalism. I don't like ragging on a company operating a business & trying to make a living, but if you're going to advertise on Angie's List, a place where customers trust they are getting a reputable dealer, then you need to provide that kind of service!

Description of Work: The technician was prompt and professional. There was an additional charge of $25.00 for a permit which was not expected. They will have to come back and check for the fan being noisey.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon through Angieslist for electrical services. This was a great experience. The electrician was very professional and quite pleasant. I had him change out several switches and outlets. When everything was completed, there was some time left and he asked if there was anything else I could think of that needed work- so I had him take care of an additional outlet. I would hire him again without any reservation

Description of Work: We asked Square 1 to run two motion detector lights out to a covered carpark. They also hung a replacement ceiling light in the living room. Like most of the electricians we spoke with they were unexcited about digging a trench but if needed they said they'd get it done. Fortunately I was able to talk a couple of youngsters into doing the trenching. So, they weren't the lowest and they weren't the highest but comfortably in the middle. Good guys, got the job done quick enough.
