Description of Work: Weeded a very overgrown backyard. They were fast, and did a very nice job.

Description of Work: I bought the drainage installation for $799 and when the estimator gave me an estimate of $5500 When I mentioned the special price $799 from Angies List and he said that his ad person needed to be talked with. He said that he would honor the $799 price but would do a minimal job for two downpours. He said that he would send me both estimates as soon as he got back to the office. I have received nothing.

Description of Work: My yard had become overrun by weeds and trees and bushes that needed to be pruned. Shannon's Landscaping sent a crew of 3 men and they transformed my yard so it was hardly recognizable. When I came home yesterday evening everything looked amazing! All the weeds were gone, the bushes and trees were pruned in such a way the whole yard seemed brighter, but still with plenty of shade. I have never had such good results and will not hesitate to use Shannon's again and recommend them to everybody. Their price was comperable to other landscaping services, but the job they did was better than other services I have used in the past. Cyndi Wood

Description of Work: Trimmed all shubbery and tree limbs extending over the roof, cleaned out all beds including weeding, and hauled off large downed tree limbs as well as some other large items in the beds. It was a half days work involving three workers. The yard was beautiful when they finished.

Description of Work: wanted electrified sprinkler system as had one that was manual Owner/estimator bid job for a number of stations, but installers completely failed to put one in one of the stations, left w/o checking system leaving a broken sprinkler head missing on one station. Did return relatively quickly two times to cure both problems but i was very concerned about lack of employee supervision. BUT biggest problem comes up 2 yrs later in 2012 when front flower bed sprinkler fails to work . Called to come out and fix. Refused. Claiming no longer responsible after one yr(term of his required bond, not term of legal liabiliy) turns out electrical under beds line was: !) laid right thru middle of beds and 2) only 1-3 inches under beds. (neither recommmeded by most proffesional installers ) Had he just sent out one of his unsupervised employees and simply spliced the shovel-cut line together in a half hour we might never had known the difference but then again we might never have figured out why we had been have having rodent infestation for two years: Turns his unsupervised workers out also had simply run all the electrical lines under house by punching unneccesarily large holes in three vent screens Had to hire another installer to cure the line problem and install the broken line on side of house. Ultimately had to sue in small claims to recover cost of repair. Have tried to cure the mouse infestation on own but should have included.cost of professional exterminator

Description of Work: Drain Pipe and rock to drain water from my back yard.....could have used more rock because the liner below the rock shows...i have to thin the rock to cover some areas...and...they did not do a good job in overlapping the landscape fabric as weeds and grasses pop up.
