Description of Work: We had a full inspection of our furnace (15 point), and the person was very through. We actually had something wrong, and he recommended that we contact the installer to have it fixed. We did, and luckily we were still under warranty.

Description of Work: My furnace was 21 years old. Service Now tech declared it unsafe and thoroughly showed me the reasons why on a computer screen affixed to a "snake" camera. The inside of my furnace was blackened with scorched paint with multiple cracks. I purchased a new furnace through this company, also, an air conditioner. The furnace was installed quickly, competently. My gas fireplace had not been working for 3 years. Jason, the engineer, offered to look at it. I had been notified by a prior company of the need to replace the fireplace. Jason quickly recommended a brand; I researched the brand and the reviews of that fireplace. We concurred on the price and the type of fireplace face. The fireplace is to be installed on Tuesday. I have to doubt of the same courtesy, efficiency, and competency of installation as I experienced with the furnace and air conditioner. The price quoted includes installation of all appliances.

Description of Work: We needed to replace our 30 year old furnace. So i called service now for a bid Jason the owner came out gave us a bid.which was just what we were billed. Kelly who installed the furnace was very kind and did a great job. We are very happy with service now. They also gave us a tune up on our heat pump. All in all we would use them again very honest company. They never tryed to sell us a new heat pump like some others tryed to do. They told us if we get out tune ups each year we should be good for a few more years. You won't be sorry if you have service now to any work you need. Great company !!
