Description of Work: The did a tune up for the furnace. Bought it through a service special on Angies list. We use this vendor because they do what they say, in the time they say, and the service is excellent. We used them to purchase our furnace as well. Excellent in all categories.

Description of Work: My air conditioning broke down in one of our hottest summers in memory. As soon as I contacted the company they got back to me within minutes and made an appointment within the next few days. The technician was on time, told me I needed refrigerant, at a cost of approx $400. This was on target when compared with other service providers. He fixed it on the same day. Air conditioning works perfectly!

Description of Work: We'd just returned home from the hospital in July after the birth of our son and found that our central a/c was not working - on a 100+ degree day! We called Service Now and they connected me immediately to a tech to arrange a service call. I expected it to be a long wait, given the heat wave, but their tech was there within 10 minutes and had us up and running within an hour. He also cleaned the exterior of the a/c unit outside as lint from the dryer exhaust was collecting on it, and he gave us some pointers for doing a cheap fix to avoid that in the future. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely use Service Now in the future!

Description of Work: Frank was the tech who came out after hours and did a marvelous job. He cleared out the melted brick of suet and checked the unit to make sure it was functioning. Very professional and friendly. Explained everything. We were happy and grateful!
