Description of Work: Frank and Kurt from Service Now came out on New Year's Day to deal with a gas leak/incomplete combustion problem in a high efficiency furnace. Despite the fact that the unit was improperly installed in a crawl space, Frank kept attacking the problem. Over the next month, Frank made 7 visits to the house to get the repairs right. The Goodman Furnace was a tough product on which to work; the crawl space made it even more difficult. But Frank and Kurt persevered and got it right! They also did a great job installing new Air Conditioning. Great team and excellent work under very difficult conditions. Many thanks to real professionals.

Description of Work: Service on our heat pump/Ac unit. They did great at getting us in when no one else could. The service tech was great he explained things as he went and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Services were performed promptly and efficiently. We noticed that our heater was not coming on after the work had been done. But they returned promptly the next morning and realized it was a miss on their part - they knew what it was and fixed it without hesitation for no charge. We all make mistakes sometimes - this was a minor one, but owning up to it and taking responsibility is sometimes rare and in this case they delivered big time!

Description of Work: We had the furnace and a/c replaced. They were on time and pleasant to work with. The mechanical work was great and passed inspection. The electrical sub contractor was not professional and his work failed inspection and we are still waiting to get that approved. Service Now has been very responsive about it and is working with us well. I would use them again, but have requested a different electrician if further adjustments need to be made to pass the inspection.
