Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience working with them. He gave me the options that I wanted but I had to do some research to find out about the product and all that was involved with the process. They were a little late in the morning of install. Overall I was very satisfied with them.

The work was scheduled quickly, the quote was provided in a no-nonsense way and reasonably priced, the workers arrived about an hour later than promised, but they did call to say they would be late, and I can't complain considering they scheduled the work so quickly. The furnace was installed and up and running the same day. Excellent service provided by the office staff. Only drawback was where they decided to place a condensation tube and the quality of work in that placement.

I chose this company because of an ad. In the recent Angie's list flier and was given a 10% discount off the final bill. Another benefit: Service Now has an emergency operator and technicians on call 24 hours/day. A technician responded the same day I placed the service call; he arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable. After first testing the thermostat to determine if it was indeed faulty, the technician offered me a choice of replacements from stock he carried, all with 5 year warranties. The job was completed satisfactorily within one hour and my heating works perfectly.

I'm really happy to have the heater fixed! The technicians arrived right on time and were very nice. My heater is in an awkward spot so that it's not very easy to access, but they worked around that with no problems. I'm not sure if there was extra value in having them do a yearly service vs. just doing the service call (I think the price difference would have been about $40?). But I didn't ask for details, so who knows - I probably would make the same decision again, just bug them with more questions.

They answered the phone promptly and gave me a 2 hour window when they would show up. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it very quickly. Awesome service! This was the second company that I had called from the list, because the first one said they'd try to fit me in their schedule, but I needed it fixed immediately. I will definitely call them again.

I consulted with the owner of the company Jason Johnston. His approach was professional and direct. His response to my questions were direct and informative. He beat the other bids by $500.00. The installation was performed efficiently and professionally by the technician. The old A/c unit was removed and the technician cleaned up after all the work was completed.

Their bid was the lowest of three. They performed the job professionally and made sure that we were not without heat overnight.

SN worked hard to meet a calendar goal during severe cold, coordinating staff, utility, and city. City inspector did recommend against their choice of piping, but installer claimed inspector's preferred black steel would have cost the same with labor. Oddly, SN provided only Xeroxed manuals, not originals. On later visit, SN demonstrated great customer service by replacing a filtering unit that appeared to be faulty. Only beefs: Once a service manager arrogantly asserted what had happened at the original installation, which he had no way of knowing, but ultimately resolved the situation fairly. (Professionalism blemish due to an unfortunate incident involving personnel hygiene.) Tips: Ask for Jerry as tech if needed, check furnace filter frequently to determine how often it needs media replacement, and if the furnace trips off, check for heavy filter dirt as a possible cause.

AFTER A BAD START, MISCOMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY THAT RESULTED IN ONLY HALF THE THINGS DONE WE LISTED AS NEEDED REPAIR, WE RECEIVED HEARTFELT APOLOGIES AND A PROMISE TO COME OUT AND FIX THE THINGS WE NEEDED DONE. THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT THE SECOND TIME WAS VERY POLITE, PATIENT, AND TOOK THE TIME EXPLAINING OUR FURNACE TO US AND HOW THE HEAT PUMP WORKS. WE JUST BOUGHT THE HOME AND WE DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK, AS WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTATION WITH IT. HE EXPLAINED THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A VERY OLD HEATING SYSTEM, IT STILL SHOULD AND COULD WORK PROPERLY. THEY SENT US SOME WEB LINKS FOR NEW ELECTRONIC FILTERS. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE HEAT PUMP FUNCTIONING AND CHECKED AGAIN THE LEAKING FREON PROBLEM. OVERALL, WE ARE VERY SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED WITH HOW THEY SOLVED THE INITIAL PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THEM AND WE'LL PROBABLY CONTACT THEM AGAIN IF WE NEED SERVICE.

THE WHOLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT FROM BEGINNING TO END. THE INITIAL BID, THEY DID NOT DANCE AROUND, BUT GAVE ME THEIR BEST PRICE FROM THE ONSET. BESTED THE COMPETITION BY $2700 AT THAT POINT. LATER THE COMPETITION REDUCED THEIR BID BY ABOUT $1,000. THE WORK ITSELF, WAS DONE EARLIER THAN THEY ANTICIPATED AND WAS FINISHED FASTER THAN I ANTICIPATED. WORKERS WERE POLITE AND CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH. RECENTLY WE HAD A (POTENTIAL) PROBLEM. TURNED OUT TO BE MEANINGLESS - HOWEVER, THEY CAME OUT TO CHECK OUT THE FURNACE IN QUESTION THAT VERY AFTERNOON.

WE HIRED A PREVIOUS COMPANY CALLED ABOVE & BEYOND HEATING AND COOLING TO INSTALL 3 GAS FURNACES INTO 3 OF OUR HOMES. WE FOOLISHLY PAID THEM UPFRONT AND IN FULL. THEY TOOK 2 MONTHS TO PARTIALLY INSTALL 2 FURNACES AND THEN NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. SERVICE NOW HELPED US OUT OF THIS BAD SITUATION AND DID SO FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE. NOT ONLY THAT, THE CREW WAS AWESOME. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED WITH US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. WE OWN SEVERAL RENTAL PROPERTIES AND CONSIDER THEM A PART OF OUR ''TEAM'' NOW. WE CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST AND RELY ON. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

SERVICE NOW DID A QUICK, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF OUR FURNACE. I LIKED THEIR SALES APPROACH THEY WEREN'T PUSHY AND ALTHOUGH I FEEL IT'S HARD TO GET CLEAR ANSWERS FROM SOME OF THESE FURNACE SALESMEN ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY BETWEEN THE LESS FUEL EFFICIENT ONE'S AND THE FUEL EFFICIENT ONES. OF ALL THE FURNACE COMPANIES I SPOKE TO SERVICE NOW'S PRICE WAS EITHER COMPARABLE OR CHEAPER AND THEIR SALES PITCH THE LEAST PUSHY. WE HAD A PROBLEM RIGHT AFTER THE GAS WAS TURNED ON, WE WEREN'T GETTING HEAT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WITHIN AN HOUR THE DOORBELL RANG AND THE GUY WHO HAD INSTALLED THE FURNACE WAS THERE TO CHECK IT OUT. TO GET THE 6 MONTHS SAME AS CASH FINANCING WE HAD TO PAY $120 TO GET THE FURNACE WITH THE CARRIER LABEL ON IT VERSUS THE SAME FURNACE WITHOUT THE NAME ON IT. THIS WAS A STIPULATION OF CARRIER'S NOT SERVICE NOW, IT WAS ANNOYING ANYHOW.

I SELECTED SERVICE NOW FROM THE ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATIONS AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. TOM THE OWNER HONORED THE 10% DISCOUNT COUPON EVEN THOUGH I COULD NOT HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED UNTIL THE NEXT MONTH. BRIAN, SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED EXACTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TWO HOUR ''WINDOW'' SCHEDULED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS LIKE. HE WENT DIRECTLY TO WORK, CLEANED UP AFTER WELL, PROVIDED A DROP CLOTH FOR THE CLEANING AREA EVEN THOUGH THE FURNACE IS IN AN OLD AND NOT TO TIDY BASEMENT. HE PROVIDED ADVICE FOR THE FUTURE ''IF ANY OF THESE THREE ITEMS BREAK, REPLACE THE FURNACE'' . GIVEN THE AGE OF THE FURNACE THIS IS GOOD KNOWLEDGE. HE ADVISED ME OF THE PRESENCE OF ASBESTOS (WHICH I KNEW ABOUT FROM PREVIOUS HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS). I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT RESERVATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

SERVICE NOW INC. HEATING AND COOLING, DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID AND MORE. THE TECH. EVEN GOT DOWN SOME COBWEBS FOR ME WHILE UP ON HIS LADDER. THE TECH, WHO PERFORMED THE MAINTENANCE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ALSO MOVED MY FILTER FOR THE COLD AIR INTAKE, WHICH WAS UP ON THE CEILING IN MY STAIRWELL AT LEAST 20 FEET UP, TO INSIDE THE FURNACE ITSELF, WHICH IS IN THE GARAGE AND MUCH EASIER TO CHANGE NOW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

WE ENDED UP BUYING A SYSTEM, BUT NOT FROM THEM.

SERVICE NOW INC WAS A SECOND CALL I PLACED FOR A COMPANY TO SERVICE, DIAGNOSE THE AC PROBLEM. I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT I NEEDED A NEW COMPRESSOR AT $1700! WRONG. NO NEW COMPRESSOR OR AC SYSTEM WAS NEEDED! SERVICE NOW INC QUALIFIED THE PROBLEM DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL. THEY SET UP THE APPT AND SAID THAT THE SERVICE AGENT WOULD "COME PREPARED WITH A NEW COMPRESSOR BUT THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE AC SYSTEM WAS PROPERLY SERVICED FIRST TO DETERMINE THAT I ACTUALLY NEEDED A NEW COMPRESSOR." WOW....ETHICAL! THEY DID PROPER SERVICING (SEE WORK PERFORMED). I DID NOT NEED A NEW COMPRESSOR AS I WAS TOLD BY THE OTHER COMPANY! IN ADDITION, SERVICE NOW, INC. DID A FOLLOW UP CALL 3 DAYS LATER TO ENSURE THAT THE AC SYSTEM WAS STILL OPERATING PROPERLY BEFORE THEY RETURNED THE UNNECESSARY 'NEW COMPRESSOR'. WOW (IF SO, THEIR PRICE: ONLY $1020! VS $1700!!) SERVICE NOW, INC HAS SET A NEW STANDARD IN AC SERVICING!!
