Excellent. Workers were on time, polite and fast.

Jerry was on time, performed a number of tests on furnace and outside equipment and found the only additional need was some refrigerant. He was friendly and considerate of our house and property. Deducted Angie's List discount.

Though the service man was later than arranged, the company called me to rearrange the arrival time. The report after finishing the work was complete and explained to me.

Exceeded all expectations and more. It was worth the investment, time and energy. No other company can come close to this family owned business. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I don't feel like I need to worry about calling them back out since I know the work was done right.

The bottom line is that Service Now charged me $85 dollars for about 30 minutes (tops) of light work and one voice mail. I realize it is "standard practice" for heating/AC companies to charge a fee just to show up, but I consider these fees to be illegitimate and I will flunk any and all companies that impose them. I am willing to pay for work and expertise, not for answering my door. I would at least expect more diligence in the sales follow-up, which might have given the impression the company cared about my business and intended to provide value.

They were excellent! We gave them our budget & they worked very hard to help us out. It was completed quickly & the installers even went out of their way to correct a problem we have with our filters (at no additional charge). They were friendly & understanding of our kids & dogs.

A week ago on the hottest day of the year (so far) I called SERVICE NOW HEATING AND COOLING INC to see if they could come and do maintenance check on my AC unit given it was looking like we were going to be using it pretty heavily as the summer heats up. They quoted me a price and applied the Angie s discount - $129 and then offered me a choice of multiple time slots through out the week including the first call the very next morning (less than 24 hours away)! Brian showed up within 8 minutes of when they scheduled the visit he conducted a complete service of the system including showing me how I could clean the filters myself as he cleaned them. He added refrigerant and tested the unit pressure and was finished in about an hour. This was a super good customer experience! I will use Service Now again if my furnace or AC goes down.

Job 1: The Service Now technician arrived on time. He inspected our old furnace, and gave straightforward assessments of its condition and possible longevity. He gave us information to help us decide whether to replace the furnace now or later. (We decided to see if it would last another year.) He cleaned up after himself. Subsequently, we thought the furnace had gone out, two days before Christmas. (It hadn't. My husband had inadvertently turned the furnace off.) Service Now sent out a technician within two hours of our phone call, even on the beginning of a major holiday weekend. They were very courteous and helpful, even when it turned out the error was our own. Job 2: We have been very pleased with Service Now. Their technicians have always arrived on time and been courteous. The gentleman who fixed the problem in our A.C. blower (without charge, as they had installed the blower six months ago) also took the time to show me how to clean the filters in the unit. WOW! Jason came out on Monday and spoke to my wife. No big presentations or hours of measuring the house etc. He gave us a bid in about a day and outlined three different options, and the associated prices. I called him Friday afternoon, and first thing Monday morning, they showed up and installed my new unit which is quiet and works like a dream! Great service from the techs who did the install, too! Highly recommend this company.

Just called this morning, and the tech (Jerry) was here by 12:30pm. Very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. I will definitely call again for any HVAC service.

They did the work on the date scheduled and finished on time. The installers were polite and thoughtful and did a good job of cleaning up. The equipment operates as promised though we have not used the A?C yet.

The man who came out was very nice and very prompt. He had suggestions and showed us how to take care of things. We were very pleased with the job. We would use them again, and would definitely recommend them.

Our old furnace had quit working. They had the new one working 2 days after we ordered it. All visits were on time, and work was done well with no problems. All staff were very courteous and helpful. They gave us very clear explanations and made sure we were happy.

Someone was able to come out the same day that I called. They were quick and professional.

I was out of town when our furnace fan quit working during very cold weather; my wife had to borrow space heaters to keep warm. Friends recommended their various favorite HVAC contractors, and my wife picked one of them (*not* Service Now) to provide an estimate. The guy came out, looked at the furnace, and declared that we needed a new one ($2,500-$4,500). He reluctantly offered to fix the old one, but said a *minimum* repair would cost $1,200, including replacing both the circuit board and blower assembly, and stated that the 13 year-old furnace would probably only last a few more months anyway. We decided to get a second opinion, this time from Service Now, on Angie's "A" List. Jerry from Service Now suggested replacing only the failed components: the circuit board and flame sensor ($401 installed) and noted that our current furnace probably had several years of life left. Thanks to Service Now, we have heat again, for a fraction of the original contractor's estimate!

I was given a two hour window of when the technician would arrive. Service Now called me when the tech. was on the way, which was very courteous. Brian did an excellent job, making sure to show me where the burners had rusted, explaining what was happening and what needed to be done. He was very professional. We will definitely be using Service Now to replace our furnace and also to service our existing A/C.

Service Now responded the same day they were called, arriving on time. Jerry found the blower and filter system were working in fine condition. The door to the filter system had simply not been snapped into place thus failing to press a switch which activates the filter system. The blower worked fine and was clearly a lack of basic working knowledge of a furnace on the inspector's part. The system was cleaned and checked and that was that. I received the Angie's List coupon discount, and he was on his way. A side note: Jerry answered all of my questions during his inspection. Thanks, Jerry, I appreciate it.

Great experience. They were able to get our new furnace installed within two days of our call (as we were without heat). I had gotten two quotes, both comparable on price, but Service Now won us over by their superior customer service and very very quick response and installation time. We've noticed a big difference in the new furnace, more even heat, more reasonable heat bills, and a lot quieter.

When I called Service Now, I was desperate. Our heater was broken & it had been 50 degrees inside the house for about 3 days because every other service we called had a response time that should, frankly, be illegal. I was pulling my hair out!! I finally lost it when the other company I was dealing with said I would have to spend another 3-4 days without heat. I called Service Now based on their history of service reports on Angie's List and like magic within 45 min they had pulled a technician off another site to start installing my new heater. They did that because they knew I didn't have any heat. It's hard to come by good customer service, but Service Now has the kind of customer service and response time every co. should strive for. They went above and beyond the call of duty. In less than 24 hours, my house was once again 68 degrees. The other bonus- they charged $1000 less then the other co. quoted. I HIGHLY recommend you call them if you're in the market for heating or A/C.

Brian arrived on time, explained the process, answered questions, and performed the service. He was courteous and professional. We are satisfied with this phase of the service.

The price I paid for the work included Angie's coupon. I could not read the Tech's name on the paperwork but his # was 1038333. He was on time, courteous, and quick at his job. I can't really comment on the quality of the work because I did not go under the house with him but my heater still works. I was happy to hear that the heater was in great shape. He answered all my questions and I had asked him for a couple of quotes. Quote for an air conditioning system to be put in (he got a quote right over the phone very quickly) $3200.00-3900.00. Quote for a 12X30 access grill to be put in my house so that I could easily change my filters, currently my furnace filter is in a crawl space underneath the middle of my house, and I am tired of having to crawl on my hands and knees to change it. He wrote it on my receipt for a call back but I never got a quote. Over all I was pleased.

They were very prompt. The initial service wasn't successful but they came back the next morning and fixed it. I am very pleased with their service.

Called to get an estimate for duct repair. We knew there was going to be a service call, but they charged us approximately $76 (with the Angie's List discount)just to peek down in the crawl space. He gave a vague amount of what it would cost without even getting down in the crawl space. We understand about the service call fee, but $76.00 was ridiculous!! They did come promptly for an estimate. We would not hire for the job doing duct work. ($400.00)
