I could not have asked for a better experience with Service Now. Jason came to the house to provide an estimate. He was professional, friendly, articulate, and competent. He came up with a few creative ways to get the job done, working around our 90 year old house's quirks. His bid was competitive, comprehensive, and laid out very clearly, and he was willing to answer questions after hours to accommodate my work schedule. The workers finished the job efficiently and quickly. They kept the job site clean, and even though we hadn't yet moved in, they treated the house as if it were their own. Kelly, the crew leader, had the foresight to modify plans to make the new ductwork less obstructive and to install registers in places that would give us more flexibility with room layouts. When the work was complete, he explained things clearly and had prepared all the tax rebate paperwork so things would go smoothly for us. After signing the contract, I decided to add a return register in the basement after getting a cost estimate by phone from Jason. When the final bill came, the extra register price was significantly higher than I had anticipated, and after reviewing the invoice, he mailed me a check to make up the difference without even being asked to do so. There were a few minor hiccups with permitting paperwork that Kurt, the owner, took care of quickly and easily without creating any extra work for us. After having had less than stellar experiences with other contractors, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. These guys are reliable, hard-working professionals who value good communication and quality work. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This service was wonderful. The technician was on-time, did his job and was socialable. What I was most impressed with was that he fixed the issue and then showed me how to fix it if it ever happened again. Great service.

Contact was fast and easy. Company sent our worker to tune up furnace quickly. The service man was very nice and did great job. I would defintely use this company again.

They showed up right on time and got right to it. It seemed to be pretty standard procedure to do the tune up and ran a new insulated condensation removal line to the outside. It went great and without a hitch!

The heater was not performing. 58 degrees in a cold spate. We could hear it, but no effect. The service person was congenial and expert. The heat was back up to 68 degrees in no time. Thanks for great service!

Service was easily scheduled, prompt, efficient and high quality. He checked everything and covered in detail with me. Excellent all around!

The heat went out on the coldest day of the year & they were able to come out the same day. They repaired what had been done wrong on installation (ground wire was not attached correctly). Two weeks later, the heat went out again & they once again were able to come out the same day. This time, they found out the circuit board had burned. They replaced this & a month later, everything is great. The contractor was knowledgeable, professional & told me everything he was doing and what to do in the future.

After being hung up on, we called back three times and no one would answer the telephone. All they needed to do is to tell us that they don't want to install it.

Service Now is excellent. I'm very happy I called them. I called Service Now after a very expensive visit from one the larger HVAC companies serving the three county area that failed to fix the problem. So, I decided to sign up for Angies List and actually check some reviews. Our furnace was shutting down after an overheat condition was detected early into the heat cycle. I called Service Now late in the afternoon they booked the appt. for 8AM the next day (at regular rates). The big company had booked our appt. 4 days out and still charged emergency service rates. Frank checked out many aspects the other tech didn't even look at and diagnosed that we just needed a tune up to reduce gas pressure and he adjusted the flame spreaders. Wow. That was all it needed. It took a tech with the years of experience and knowledge to diagnose and fix it it quickly w/o selling me unnecessary parts. The furnace has been working perfectly since. Very happy with the service and the price. They will be my go to furnace people here on.

Jerry was great. He repaired the thermostat and got the furnace up and running again. He explained how parts were no longer available for my old furnace so I asked him to get me an estimate for a new one. I received a very reasonable bid for a replacement.

Service Now has been our Heating/AC servicer for many years and was the original installer of this system several years ago. We had been experiencing intermittent issues with our system since last season but decided with the onset of summer to wait for the upcoming winter season which has now arrived. The problem that our system exhibited was a unique one that neither Service Now or the factory representatives had experienced before. Service Now did not give up or walk away. They continued to work with the factory and ultimately solved the problem to our complete satisfaction. Hats Off to Service Now. Will continue to use and recommend them as our Heating/Cooling servicer.

Great. We live out of state and most of this work organized via phone or email. Kurt and Jason are great to work with; timely, fair and honest. The work was done on time and with good attention to detail. Warm and cozy now!!

I bid out the work with multiple companies, and Service Now was by far the best to interact with as far as custumer service (questions, concerns, especially since I didn't know much about a/c) as well as price. They were especially prompt and considerate when they got back to me in advance of the install. Jason, who is the owner came out to do the bid and identified our need right away since we had a larger home but special cooling needs when it comes to actually having a working system for the hottest days. Very knowledgeable. The crew for the install was great for us too, very friendly but focused on their work, took time to survey the house and detail the process. They did a great job on the install and took the extra care that I did notice to make it look right so that it all looked "clean" and presentable. Can't recommend them enough, they were the best of the group in all categories.

Have used the special service offer through Angie's List for furnace tune-up before with this company. They run a 16-point service inspection & tune-up. This year, my furnace was making a rattling noise when the motor started. Jerry was able to fix that as well. This company (& Jerry, particularly) has provided prompt, honest & reliable service of the furnace & AC at my home for the past several years. They do a very thorough job, are knowledgeable, professional & trustworthy.

Excellent Service ! Frank the Technician arrived on time and immediately proceeded to the garage where our 19 year old furnace is located. Frank performed a visual inspection then connected test equipment to check electrical tolerances. Then he disassembled several burner chamber parts, cleaned them and re-assembled, made pressure regulator adjustments, replaced dual filters and finished with a discussion about how to operate the furnace more efficiently. Overall, very satisfied and will certainly use this company in the future ... like service my A/C unit in the spring. Thanks ! Service Now Inc.

I paid extra cost to get the necessary tuneup from them to make my a/c unit work well. After 3 months of their service my a/c went completely out.

Forced Air gas furnace more than 20 years old was not migrating heated air thru duct system. Technician completely cleaned filters, performed comprehensive service and tune up, gave recommendations for next steps and got an older system back up and running. Was even very friendly with our dog. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived on time. He did a VERY thorough job. The bill summary gave a detailed list of every item that had been checked. He discussed the results and explained what he had found. Also told us approximately what the life of our furnace might be so that we can now plan for this future expense. We felt very confident in the service provided.

Communication with them was spot on. They called ahead and arrived at time stated after delay from earlier work elsewhere. Tech answered all my questions about work performed and gave suggestions on how to resolve a small issue with furnace. That suggestion should prove to be very helpful in the near future. Price for servicing furnace was an Angie's List special of $99.00. Whole process was only an hour and i will use them as my servicing company in future.

Frank arrived slightly late but very apologetic for having a busy day. He went right to work, and was very detailed in his description of our furnace and the overflow plumbing that had previously been installed by another company. He was concerned for the high risk of pipe freeze based on the way the plumbing had been set up, and created a solution by splicing the outflow hose and placing a connector that we could separate and drain if the pipe became frozen. He explained how the furnace functioned, and wrote down for us a full page of maintenance tips we plan to keep handy. All in all, a very professional experience, and we are grateful for the expert knowledge he provided us.
