Great. Tech was right on time and very professional. Fixed the problems, and the cost was less than expected!

I chose Service Now even though they didn't give the cheapest of the 3 bids I considered but because I really liked Eddie personally, the job included new vents to the converted attic which the other contractors said could not be done, and the model they offered was the most efficient. Unfortunately, the new vents ended up requiring running a very large pipe through a main floor bedroom closet, which might have been better explained at the outset, but it is good to have non-electric heat up there anyway. I was out of town during the installation but the job was done in two days and all seems to be in order. Customer service before and after the work has been exemplary. I highly recommend this company and am very satisfied. (With the various tax credits, the final cost was more than $500 lower than the cost cited above). It was so nice to have such an easy and satisfying experience.

Their serviceman Brian came out to check out a problem we were having with our old (we mean old) oil-to-gas converted furnace. The furnace was not working, so we needed help ASAP. Service Now was very prompt and responsive and sent their serviceman, Brian, out the same day. He checked out the furnace and was very honest about the fact that they don't service these kind of furnaces very often and was a little at a loss about what was exactly wrong with it but thought maybe the thermo couple valve wasn't working properly since it was so dirty. He cleaned the valve and was able to get the burners back on. After he left, we continued to have problems with the furnace. Again, Service Now was very honest that they just were at a loss and suggested a couple of other companies that might be able to help us. They also offered to refund our money. They sent us back our voided check within 2 days. When we get a new furnace (maybe sooner than later) we will definitely look to them to service it.

Went well, quick and to the point. My furnace was dead.

Not good. I wanted to vent pipe moved to a different location to not interfere with my new deck stairs. They said over the phone that they would come out and tell me if it could not be moved or move it. They wanted to come out the day after Thanksgiving, so I said OK. They were supposed to come between 9-10. Called at 10:00 and said they were on their way, but may not be able to do the move because they may not have the parts they needed? Travis showed up at around 10:30. Said that he couldn't move the pipe where I wanted it, but could put a different outlet on it that wouldn't stick out as far. Said he would have to come back on Monday to do it. He came on Monday am as planned and spent 4 hours replacing the pipe. After he was done, the pipe stuck out as far (if not farther) than the other one and looked terrible (messy caulking). A few days later, I noticed that the furnace was venting the wrong way and had to have someone come back to fix it. It still looks terrible.

Excellent job, friendly and honest staff. Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Eddie the sales rep was prompt and efficient when doing the bid (I would definitely request him specifically). He was straight forward and did not give a big sales pitch. The bid was the lowest of six bids obtained and they were able to do the job the soonest. The work was done promptly and the workers were very clean. When the subcontractor who cleans the ducts was unable to do the job as scheduled, because he brought the wrong machine. Service Now scrambled to find someone, to come the very next day.

I called early on Monday before Thanksgiving and they sent out a technician later that day. Jerry knew what the problem with my furnace was right away; a bad control board. He said he would order the part and they would call to schedule another visit to install it. They called the next day and Jerry came back out the day before Thanksgiving. The whole thing took maybe a half hour. Jerry was very polite and explained things well. Service Now called me ahead of time like they said they would so I could be home to let them in. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Even though it was a more expensive repair than I was anticipating, I am very happy with the work done by Service Now. Best of all, when I mentioned I found them on Angie's List they told me I would get the 10% discount before I could even mention it! Plus, they gave me 10% off on the service call AND 10% off the control board: very nice!

Our furnace was 18 yrs old and had been repaired several times. We considered fixing the latest problem (imploding exhaust vent). Service Now gave the initial estimate for a repair and also a new furnace. A few weeks of procrastination went by, furnace started to stink. Called Service Now back to discuss repair issue and replacement. Jason from Service now came out and inspected our situation again, they recommended not using the furnace due to the vent issue. Called another company for a second estimate. Both companies provided estimates for the same furnace. Both estimates were done in a professional and complete manner. Pricing was within $100.00 of each bid. Both would do the job ASAP (we had no heat for a week already) & it was Thanksgiving week. Both companies answered all the questions we asked. I don't think there was a bad choice. Jason went the extra mile to obtain our business. SN crew was quick, professional, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves.

Eddie from Service Now showed up an hour early for the estimate, gave us a very clear idea of what needed to be done and the work was scheduled promptly for the following week. Eddie (at our request) also set us up for a duct cleaning with a local company, they came and cleaned the ducts out so they GLEAM - we have eight dogs and this is a very old house. I bet no one has cleaned the ducts out for thirty years, if ever. The duct cleaner was punctual and did a great job! The day the air exchange installation was supposed to take place, the office called and said they had someone out sick, they apologized and re-scheduled for the first day after that which was convenient for us (because of the dogs, we need to be home when things get done in the house). The installer was punctual, spent the whole day here getting everything just right. He also set the system up so we can easily install a heat pump in the future, which is something we are thinking of doing. Great job !

I hope this company takes good care of their employees. The estimate man was Eddie Weatherly and I did not get the other mans name. Please extend out thanks to both the gentleman and we will call in the future if we need this kind of work done again.

Service tech came out same day I called, arrived on time, explained the work needed, and charged exactly what was estimated. Not many are out there when you lose heat in a cold snap, and can come out the same evening! Price was for the late hour, but well worth it.

I'm disappointed that I never heard back from them. Would not call them again in an emergency.

I was pleased with the bidding process and the installation. Office was helpful in obtaining rebates.

They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute when no one else could. We had to pay overtime but it was worth it. Friendly and helpful serviceman. Came back the next day to install a new part and got the heater running perfectly. Also, they have a paging service to get a hold of someone after hours. They called me back in less than an hour and were a great help answering all my questions after the serviceman had left.

Eddie weatherly came out, explained the job, answered all my questions. He was able to schedule the installataion a week later (my furnance was working, so no hurry, but I thought this was very prompt). Two men who were very curtious came. They worked for about 4 hours. An electrician also came. they installed a new thermostat and carefully showed me how it worked. They cleaned everything up when they left. I was very satisfied with the work. One man even drove quickly back and asked me to lower the heat;he wanted to be sure it turned off and had forgotten to check that.

Very well. Actual price was better than phone quote, which was competitive with 2 other companies I called. Also got email back quickly from them. Appt within same week I called. Tech. on time, clean, pleasant, fast, cleaned up after self, and explained detail on invoice concerning condition of the furnaces and what he had done. Company was able to accommodate my work schedule without charging overtime for any part of the time the tech. worked, even though some of his time here was after hours.

Job 1: They quickly scheduled our appt, arrived promptly, & were very quick about the assessment & repair job. Job 2: They responded in a very professional, expedient way from start to finish. The 1st technician arrived on time & explained his findings in clear, useful detail to help me understand the nature of the problems & rationale for replacement. He provided a bid to replace the air handler on the spot after he consulted with his office about pricing. This company's bid was the most competitive amount & was done with a very positive & helpful manner. The 1st appointment to install the new air handler didn't work out because they didn't have the right part due to the configuration of the space. The technician also discovered that there was a need to modify the existing power supply & consulted an electrician without additional cost to us. The technician rescheduled the installment & it took place the following week on a Saturday to avoid disrupting our professional business.

Helpful and easygoing; a delight to work with. They came within a few days of calling them. I got the Angie's list 10% discount.

The company was a pleasure to work with. Due to schedule nightmares with selling our house I had to change the appointment 3 times, one of which was on the same day and they were incredibly accommodating. Not only would I highly recommend them, I plan on using them again in the new house.

I called to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out the next day. I wasn't home but the work was done. It took them a few days to contact me to charge me and I still haven't gotten a receipt. So I'm unsure exactly what they did. They said my furnace was old and should be replaced at some point but that it worked.

I had been given a 9-11am window, and received a call at 9:10 that the technician was on his way. Jerry did an efficient, detailed inspection and didn't find anything to report. It took about 45 minutes, and I received a discount due to finding the company through Angie's List. I wish I had something more helpful, but without any major crisis prior to or during the visit, it was pretty routine.

Jerry the technician was very helpful. He explained that due to the age of the furnace (29 yrs old), a couple of expensive parts were likely to fail by next year, and as a result, we should seriously consider a gas replacement. He was a little late for the first visit but at least called to check in.

Eddie, estimator, was friendly and helpful and made the job set up go easily. Work was estimated to take 2 days and took 5 (partially because the city inspector didn't pass the work on the first try - one of the gas lines was leaking; also, on the second day they only sent one worker). The craftsmanship on the duct work was good. So far, pleased with the result.

Phil did a great job! He was efficient, on time, and very nice. He explained everything to me. I requested the ducting to be in a certain place and he was able to do it.
