I would recommend them. They had a good price and were very efficient. I felt good about the whole experience.

The next day two journeymen installed the unit, called in an electrician to run it to the fuse box, and it was done on time. I left during the day to run some errands and they continued working. After the installers left, I noticed a humming/pinging sound in the return vent and some air leaks where they raised the furnace. I called the next day and one of the original installers was waiting for me to check out the problems. He taped the seam to seal in the air and found that the return vent fins were vibrating because of the amount of air passing over them. He bent the fins open and solved the problem. I am very pleased with the overall customer service of this company, the fast turn-around on initial and follow-up work. As this was installed two days ago, I can't speak on the long-term results, but I have high hopes given the short-term results.

Very professional & helpful estimate. Ultimately we chose another contractor based on prior experience on our house, but was very impressed with the time they took to walk through our different options. Was willing to sit, discuss differing options, & entertain some "what if" scenarios. Prompt, helpful, & patient. First rate. It's great having such good contractors to decide between.

Our 20+ year old gas furnace died in the midst of cold weather and we had no heat. Jason came by and did an estimate promptly and I decided to go with them after getting two other estimates because their price was lowest and they were easy to work with. On the day of the installation they showed up at my house exactly when they said they would, and completed the installation by late afternoon. They were thorough, professional, and picked up after themselves.

From my first call to their office to my furnace working took less than 60 minutes. He had the right part with him when he arrived, he had it installed in about 10 minutes, and the furnace fired right up when he was done. I paid a premium for after hours service, but he gave me a 10% discount for using Angie's List.

Job 1: Excellent from bid to project completion. Bid was matter-of-fact and fast -- no b.s.! Work was scheduled quickly and completed in one day. We highly recommend this contractor!! Job 2: Called for appt. this morning and they were able to send technician this morning. Great company to work with - I'm very impressed.

They showed up when the said they would. After a quick look at the furnace, a hose was replaced and everything was done within 40 min. I was also told about 2 other things that could be the culprit if the furnace stops working in the future. The price for these items makes me want to wait till next winter to see if I need them. But I will be calling Service Now to do any repairs in the future.

Jason is the owner and easy to get in touch with if there is any installation problems or questions. Our furnace was officially pronounced dead late Saturday, during a cold snap. I called Jason Monday and got a proposal immediately. A younger fellow came out Thursday to remove the old furnace, drill a hole through the garage floor and one through the wood siding of the house. He borrowed my shovel to level pad for A/C. The 2nd day Bill and Phil came out and installed the new furnace, ran a drain line under house, set A/C on its platform and did a really lousy job taping insulation back on the cold and hot air ducts at the furnace. They finished about 4 PM Friday and we had heat again. Kelly was out next and did a great job refinishing the insulation and tape job also leveling and stabilizing the A/C base. 3-4 days later Kelly, the electrician put in circuit breakers and ran power lines from the main circuit box to the new A/C. He also did a great job.

It took them 4 trips to fix my furnace. They initially told me their work was guaranteed, however each time they came back they tried to charged me. When I spoke with the owner, he said since I lived in Sherwood they had to charge me more. He said he bets I couldn't find anyone else to come to Sherwood for any less. He also said he had to mark-up parts from his cost of $106 to my charge of $266 (150%) because he had to pick the item up and I lived in Sherwood. I had to argue with them each time when they came about the price and the work not being completed. They finally figured out what was wrong and were able to fix it. This was a very exhausting transaction because of their inability to diagnose the problem the first three times and the disputes over cost. They quoted one price on the phone and charged another. When questioned, each person I asked gave me a different reason and response. They are very untrustworthy and difficult to deal with.

We were able to get a same day appointment, after we mentioned that we found them listed on Angie's List. They technician extended his work day well past 6 p.m. to help us out and get the heat running in our house. He was on time, polite and explained everything in detail to my husband while doing the work. He also gave great advise on the on-going maintenance and life of the 9 year old furnace. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Everything went well. I contacted Service Now by email and they responded promptly by telephone. The other company I contacted by email has yet to respond. The technician arrived in the promised time window, did the servicing promptly, explained what he'd done and what the condition of the furnace and heat pump were, and also gave us some advice on improving heat flow to a distant bedroom. He gave us a 10% Angie's List discount without us asking.

This company did an excellent job for us. I called before the office was open and my call was returned within 5 minutes of the office opening. The technician arrived when he was promised and the dispatcher called to tell us he was on his way. The tech was professional, courteous and clean, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and returned the next day at the promised time to install the part. That took less than an hour. They also gave us 10% off of our entire bill for using the Angie's List coupon. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

We were very happy with the work this company did. We wanted to get air conditioning and obtained estimates from 4 different companies. Service Now was prompt, gave us good information on what products were available without being pushy, and their price was very reasonable. They installed the heat pump within a reasonable time and were very professional and did not make a mess. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of their performance and would recommend them highly.

Slightly abrupt on initial call, probably due to the snow storm. But their serviceman came when promised; able to determine problem was the control board. Didn't have the part with him but promised to bring next day between 10-noon. Called at 11:55 so I could leave work & meet him at house; didn't have the part with him so we had to wait half hour for the part to be brought (could've stayed at work if he'd called when it actually arrived or given me the choice). Once the control board delivered, he was done in 30 minutes as promised. The furnace works fine now. I noticed after he left that he d stuck a large company sticker on my furnace without asking not the end of the world but would've been nice if he asked permission. The only part I hated (which is not specific to Service Now) is having to pay a service call to determine the problem - which locks you into using that company. I would have preferred to check other companies prices for installing a control board.

I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service right from the initial phone call.

Scheduling was great with followup calls by the company telling me when to expect the serviceman on the day of the service. Cleaned all the parts of the furnace and when they checked the in line humidifier discovered that the last company I had used for 10 years had NEVER replace the filter pad. The old one was black from mold. They replaced the filter and then went on to replace the cooling fan in the AC unit. They were very efficient and professional. I'll be using them from now on.

Installation went well and was finished in about 5 hours. There was one hiccup with the installation where the installers did test the AC unit, but all 3 of us forgot to check that the furnace was still working. After a phone call to Service Now a couple of hours later, they sent someone out to quickly fix the problem.

They were available same day I called to fix my furnace. It wasn't working, and I suspected it was the igniter. When I told them this, they lowered the normal fee for determining the problem. They came out on time, did the work requested, and gave me a 10% discount as an Angie's List member. I was very pleased with their work and the price.

My downstairs furnace quit working New Years Eve (Sunday). Since the upstairs one was still working, I called Tuesday morning at 8:00am to have someone come out and look at it. Jerry arrived at 1:30 and very quickly ascertained the issue. It was fixed and done by 2:00pm.

I was very pleased in every respect, and will most likely have Service Now replace my furnace this next year.

This project went very well. They showed up on time, and removed the old oil furnace without making a mess. The next day, when the new stuff arrived, a thorough inspection showed a barely visible flaw in the heat pump, and they recommended getting it replaced. This cost a day, but I was pleased they found it before installing. The new furnace was a bit crowded in my small space, and needed some modified duct work, which Service Now's friendly installer's did free of charge. They subcontracted the electrical, since some new wiring needed to be installed, and this was included in their quoted price. They even filled out the rebate forms for me. From initial quote to final demonstration of the installed system, they were knowledgeable, competent and friendly.

After calling a couple of other companies and getting wrapped around their phone trees it was good to speak with a person at Service Now who was able to make an appointment for a tech visit immediately. Brian showed up on time and HUSTLED to work. This is what I appreciated the most, he wasn't moping around and chit-chatting about the house I'm in the process of restoring, he had the front off the furnace and had the problem diagnosed in about three minutes; blower was not circulating due to faulty capacitor. He had a capacitor in his truck, got it installed, called the manufacturer for warranty information and installed the new filter within about ten minutes. He was efficient, polite, and set up an appointment for a consultation with another tech for more information about hot water on demand systems that they also install. That tech came over 30 minutes later and spent an hour discussing the system with me. I got the Angie's discount, and they took care of the capacitor warranty.

Eddie Weatherly did the quote and he was very knowledgeable. They were right out the next day, and ready to do the installation. He was also an installer, and he thought we needed 2 systems but knew it was not economically viable. He suggested a variable speed carrier furnace. His quote was in the middle. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. This company I think would have done a fine job, but I chose another company to do the installation.

The diagnosis and repair was quick (within five minutes).
