Got an excellent estimate compared to other contractors for this work, they were willing to start within a few days. Crew came out promptly and got right to work. Though the original estimated time was 3-4 days, they did take a bit longer but got the job done right. They were very accommodating for my needs for headroom in the basement with the new ductwork. The installation of the furnace in the crawlspace was an excellent idea that no others had come up with and will save me a significant amount of floorspace in the future. The onsite crew was very professional and always left the space cleaner than when they arrived. They were always willing to provide feedback and recommendations for improvements on site. Despite the longer time on site, Service Now, as promised, stuck with their original contract price. I will definitely use them again if an opportunity arises. A great company and a great bunch of folks.

Great. Super punctual...even early! Did a thorough job of cleaning and servicing the furnace and gave me helpful hints for keeping it maintained during the winter.

Excellent. Came when they said they would. Did everything they proposed, and at the exact price proposed. Very courteous and helpful.

Went well. Installer also took measurements for installing an exhaust vent in the kitchen.

Jason came and gave us a bid. He answered several questions we had and with more than one email exchange and phone calls. He was prompt and had excellent follow through. Everything he told us about the experience is what happened. We got 3 bids. His was by far the best and he was the most direct and honest in his dealing with us. Both Phil and Kelly, the installers, were great representatives of a good company. Everything was cleaned up and all of the old furnace and connections were taken away. The new furnace and air conditioning unit works perfectly. We are very pleased.

Jeff came out to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable and had several ideas about how to deal with temperature control in our finished basement since it's always a bit colder down there than on the main floor. Jeff said that we would get much better airflow throughout the house with the variable speed furnace and of course better efficiency since we were replacing a 23 year old furnace with a 96% efficient unit. He provided several options in his quote (furnace models, zoned areas and etc). The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but then again, this is the first time I've purchased a furnace. Billy and Travis showed up about 20 minutes late. They had a bit of a problem getting the old furnace out because of the way it was mounted in the basement. Billy in particular seemed quite frustrated and I could hear him groaning and griping through the duct work while I was working in my home office. They were efficient in getting the job done and finished on time.

THEY DID THE WORK AT A VERY ECONOMICAL PRICE AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR MORE WORK THAN WAS NECESSARY.

They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely fashion. Their estimate was not the highest or the lowest but right in the middle.

He took the time to explain things to me. He showed me how to take care of the problem myself if it ever happens again. I would use them again.

Terrific service! I lucked out and caught them during a week when a client had rescheduled. I called Monday. I got the estimate Tuesday. They installed the A/C and reworked the electrical panel all on Friday. My house feels wonderful and I'm pleased with the energy efficiency of Carrier brand products.

The tech said it would probably cost upward of $500 to fix it if his manager would let him. In the end, the manager said the company wouldn't fix it due to liability issues and due to the tech's opinion that it would probably stop working shortly after repairing it. The quote for the new furnace was $3k-$5k. I wound up getting it repaired for $300 and am told it should be fine for a while since the motor was replaced and because it is an electric furnace, not many components can go bad on it. Time will tell. In any event, the bids that I got for a new furnace from the company that fixed it were at least $1000 cheaper than those given by this company. The thing that impressed me about this company is that it sent me a check for $8.50 (representing the 10% discount offered through this site) after I called to ask about it, having given them a check for $85, which is their flat rate for service.

Came home late Sunday from a long weekend to find the central AC not working. There was leakage around the basement unit and an exchange pipe was iced over. I called Service Now at 8 am on Monday. Rich came out, fixed things up, and showed me how to take care of a few things to prevent future problems (all by noon the same day). Fantastic service!

Jason was quite helpful and patient while I was getting estimates on the job and working out the details. Once I was ready to get started he got back to me right away with an install date. His guys showed up right on time and walked me through what exactly they'd be doing. They did a great job keeping the whole area neat, and they even painted the wall behind the furnace so it matched the rest of my garage. The water heater ended up having a tiny leak (not an emergency, ended up just being from the unit's drain not being tightened fully). I called them and a tech was there to fix it within a couple hours.

We were told they would be here between 12-2, we got a call that they were on their way at 2 and arrived after time given. The technician was friendly, courteous and patient with the big pet dog. He was informative about his findings and thoughtfully made suggestions on what we could do to insure the most efficiency for the air conditioner. Although he inspected the external conditioner, he didn't look at the portion in the garage, perhaps it wasn't necessary but now I wonder if it should have been discussed.

It was great. I had been given a time window that someone would be there, and when he was actually on his way someone called me to let me know. The tech was quick and thorough and took a few minutes at the end to explain what he did. He clarified a common misconception that having a vent closed in some of the rooms does not really save anything, it's actually harder on the system.

I've coordinated a lot of construction over the past few years, working with numerous contractors. I found my experience with Service One to be particularly trying. Because of financial issues associated with closing, we changed everything about the terms of our contract, after it was signed (but did so in one fell swoop, via a revised contract) different furnace, financing not cash, new schedule. Although, I confirmed all the revised details about three times (once in person) with the front desk person, none of this information seemed to get to anyone else. When no one showed up the morning install was to occur, I found out I was not on the schedule till the next month (we had no heat, FYI). The manager did a mighty job of getting someone out there ASAP (thank you!), but then I was asked to resign the financing paperwork, because they didn't have it (alas, it was in a huge pile of unopened mail). I had to prompt them to order a final inspection ("we were waiting for you to call!").

We were very pleased with the service, from the first contact through the entire process. They were very considerate, punctual, professional. The job came in exactly on time and on budget. Will use Service Now again.

Install went very well. Day one they took out the unit, and installed the new unit and day two they made all the connections. With the exception of one small hitch, the installation went extremely well and I have recommended Service Now to several of my friends who are looking for Furnace and/or AC service.

It went very well. Jason Johnston, who did the estimating, listened well and was creative in solving the problems. The installers were prompt, explained their work completely, were flexible on the placement of the outside AC unit and left the house in excellent order. The change in the duct work did not increase the air-flow much, but Jason Johnston said that if the area of the house in question does not get adequate air conditioning when outside temperatures are hot, he will come back and fix it for no charge.

I had no complaints at all. The proprietor explained things really well which impressed me. I would definitely use them again.

The only "problem" I had was scheduling them. They said they would come immediately. It was MY calendar that was the problem, and they were totally accommodating.

From the onset, Service Now was knowledgeable, timely, and easy to work with. Jason came out to do the bid within a couple days of my initial call and provided a bid that night. He was accessible and easy to talk with. The installers showed up when they said they would, were respectful, polite and completely cleaned up at the end of the job. The furnace, gas line and electrical work all went in quickly and with little hassle for me. All in all this may have been my best contractor experience. As a short woman, I often get contractors who either assume I don't know anything about their work or, simply want an advantage. As a seasoned building inspector, with certifications in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, I am a knowledgeable client. I never mentioned my profession to anyone at Service Now yet everyone I worked with there, from office staff to installers, cared about the service provided and the product delivered. I highly recommend this company.

The technician who came out was wonderful. He was very professional, worked quickly, and showed me how to perform standard maintenance that I had questions about. Great!
